I recently visited your property to check out an apartment. While I was walking around the building to familiarize myself with the area, I returned to find that my car was no longer where I had parked it. It appears that the car was towed, likely due to arrangements between the building and the town or towing company. When I reached out to the leasing office for assistance, I was disappointed to find that they were not helpful in addressing the issue. As a potential resident, I believe this situation reflects poorly on the building’s management and creates an unwelcoming experience. I kindly request that management take steps to resolve this issue, both for myself and to prevent future misunderstandings with visitors. Additionally, I would appreciate information about how to retrieve my car and any assistance you can provide regarding the towing charges.

I'm having a good experience at this property. It's close to my classes and pretty inexpensive. Just renewed for my 3rd year.

I love my apartment. It's not fancy but it's cheap and close to school. If I need something, they help me out quick!

Cristal is wonderful! She is very understanding and communicative, always let me know if there was something I was missing paperwork or if there was a delay- I was never kept in the dark about anything! I felt very comfortable speaking with her and she was always available. I appreciate her kindness, and although I did not get to work with her for long it’s clear she cares for her tenants.

The Campus Crossing management team has been extremely accommodating from the moment I began the search process for an apartment near the University of Texas campus. They're cordial, kind, and attentive. I'd definitely recommend reaching out to them if you're looking for a space near campus.
