I've lived at Camden for 6 years (since 2020) and just wanted to say the front desk has always been helpful especially Katie and the maintenance staff is always willing to go above and beyond especially Kevin who recently helped me with jumping my car when the battery died. Highly recommend to anyone new to Austin as Rainey Street is starting to feel like Rainey again.

I’ve lived here for almost a month now and am thrilled. The apartments are incredible, I haven’t really had to do much in terms of maintenance, but the amenities are really pretty darn good. The gym is a bit small but has most of what you would want, and the location is really nice for proximity to everything on Rainey and the lake trail. The package system can be a bit tricky depending on who’s delivering but in general all of them end up right at my front door. Great spot.

I moved in about a month ago and am enjoying the apartment so far. Katie and Maggie were awesome during the move in process! All in all very happy with my decision to move into Camden Rainey Street.

Guest parking sucks. You are supposed to download some stupid app and register your car, but guest parking is up on the 8th floor so you are baking in the sun and can't see what you are typing. More fascist surveillance and tracking in the supposedly liberal Austin. There HAS to be a better way to let people visit residents. PS Rain would make the experience even more awful.
