I am looking for an apartment rn, and stoped by today. Madison is amazing, great energy, really friendly! Community is really clean and gorgeous.

Reid O'Brien at Amber Oaks has gone above and beyond to find me the right apartment. Thank you, Reid. Your help is much appreciated. I rented in another Camden complex bc I have some preferences that Amber Oaks doesn't meet.

I would love to recognize Madison, my leasing agent. When we initially spoke I shared everything that was important to me and she hooked me up! I LOVE my apartment and look forward to calling this home for the foreseeable future.

I have lived here for a little over two years now and I love it! I’ve never had any issues with the front office and maintenance is very quick. The front office is very communicative about timeline for renewing and anything else I might need. I think I lucked out with my neighbors because I never struggle with noisiness. Planning on renewing with a unit transfer!
