Camden Amber Oaks Apartments

We’ve lived at Camden Amber Oaks for over 5 years. We have leased several different units, opting to try different floor plans to meet our needs and we’ve truly enjoyed our time here. Every unit we’ve lived in has been well maintained, with just one unit (a 3 bedroom) having clearly seen a lot of use. The larger units are usually occupied by larger families, so it’s understandable that they might have more wear and tear. Our favorite was a spacious 1 bedroom in Phase 2 that we still talk about years later. The complex itself is well taken care of. Some tenants don’t appreciate having landscapers around so often, but the complex stays beautiful and the crew works efficiently. I don’t have complaints. We also love the amount of parking that is available in Phase 1. No other complex that we’ve visited or lived in has measured up in that regard. But our truly favorite, favorite aspect of living here, is the Camden Amber Oaks Team. They are thoughtful and incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming. They are always a quick phone call/message/or email away. They respond so promptly to all requests/inquiries that I think I’ve been spoiled. Our new complex didn’t follow up to confirm that they had received an important email from us and I immediately panicked that we had made a mistake in deciding to move. We love the Camden Team. They’ve taken care of us in the time we’ve been here, and it’s clear they care about making this a welcoming community. We made the difficult decision to move after almost 6 years- but if we ever decide to move back it would definitely be because of Camden’s amazing staff.

I L❤️VE living here! It's such a GREAT experience living at Camden Amber Oaks and I will stay put for MANY years to come. I have lived at Camden Amber Oaks for 8 years; before that I lived at a Camden property in Houston. They are an EXCEPTIONAL property management company. I have HIGH expectations for the management team where I live, because I work in apartment property management myself. I've lived in many apartments communities across the country: Cordova, TN, Richmond, VA, Lehi, UT, Houston, TX and here in Austin, TX and while I've been fortunate to have lived in other great communities, this one is just WONDERFUL! The office staff & maintenance team are very polite and helpful and they resolve most issues immediately and those that do take more time are well managed and completed to my satisfaction! The community is VERY WELL KEPT and there's just about everything one could want. There are 2 clubhouses, 2 VERY well-kept pools, 2 VERY well-equipped fitness centers, two business centers, a billiard table, lots of sidewalk/path green spaces to walk, abundant, open parking, lots of garages (for a reasonable rent rate), and plenty of handicap parking throughout both phases. There are bluetooth CHIRP locks throughout the community including the gates and on all entry doors. Use a code or the app on your smartphone to gain entry into locked areas (including the walk gates at each pool). My apartment home is BIG & BEAUTIFUL (3 bdrms, 2 baths) with a HUGE patio, 9 ft ceilings, enormous closets, stainless appliances and BIG W/Ds included, Cable, internet, and 5g WiFi technology package, and at-my-door valet, trash pickup, Su-Th. If I could have 3 wishes for this community, they'd be: 1) a Hot Tub 2) a Dog Park/Run 3) an on-property, secure package pickup center. *Not* having these things is NOT a deal breaker however (this gal ain't moving!) but they would definitely make it even a BETTER community. 😉 There are occasional food truck nights and at holiday time they have a FREE gift wrapping station in the main clubhouse for residents to use! How cool is that? I love it here at Camden Amber Oaks. ❤️

I worked with Madison when looking to lease my apartment and she was super easy to work with! The community is beautiful and I feel safe having my daughter here. The community is well kept and I couldn’t believe how affordable it was for all that is included. There is also so much to do nearby! Honestly couldn’t be happier I found Camden

We spent months searching for the perfect place for our apartment. We had a check list and a few non negotiable things that were must haves. Once we stepped in the door, Madison was so friendly and attentive. We laughed because we own the exact same purse and she was so helpful in getting everything we needed. I have a ESA kitty and they took the documents from me and gave me cat treats in return to give my precious Bella. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. Since moving in we have noticed it is very well maintained. No issues with noise from apartments above and no trash laying around. We look forward to a long stay here.

I’m not a resident at this community (yet!), but my wife and I would love to be once our current lease ends. While searching for other communities on Google Maps, I came across Camber Oaks and decided to reach out. I booked a self-tour online, and Reid quickly followed up by email and phone to confirm and make sure everything was set. On 12/13/2025, we visited the community for our self-tour. Before heading out, Reid met with me at the leasing office and took the time to explain everything—base rent, fees, the application process, and more. He was very professional, polite, and patient with all my questions. The model apartment was beautiful. As soon as we walked in, my wife and I started imagining how we’d arrange our furniture and décor. We truly loved it. The property itself is impressive—two nice pool areas, two clean and well-equipped fitness centers, a convenient business center, and plenty of green spaces and parking. Everything was clean and well maintained. When we got back home, I told my wife I wish our current lease ended next month so we could move to Camber Oaks right away. It’s easy to see why current residents leave such positive reviews—this place is amazing. Awesome staff, awesome customer service, and an awesome place to live!
