Shooting, figths middle nigths, smokers, bad neigboor call many times the Police they arrest, and few days later keep the some problems, call many times the hot line, nothing do it. Complain it in the office many times, never resolved.

After moving in, I found a handful of small things that weren't working properly. Maintenance handled every one of them without any hassle, they make a real effort to actually fix problems instead of doing the minimum. Bobby especially stands out.

Just moved here in March. So far so good. I would like to single out Bobby, our maintenance guy as extra helpful and attentive. He is an exemplary representative of the company and makes living here easier.
