I toured this property a few weeks ago, and the woman at the front desk, Janay, was amazing. They didn’t have what I was looking for, but she was incredibly helpful and kind! If anything becomes available in the future, we would love the opportunity to lease here. After touring so many properties, it was refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. Janay made our tour enjoyable, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Janay!

The current maintenance and support team is really proactive and helpful. My overall experience has been pleasant with the amenities and the management. Only con being limited parking availability, especially at night.

They have the most horrible parking, don’t come here and expect to always have a parking spot. If you have the money to buy a reserved spot, then you’ll be fine but parking IS NOT GUARANTEED. They don’t even care to fix this issue.

Don’t move here they charge $150 for a private parking spot, so you don’t even get a guaranteed place to park. When you lease the apartment, they hide that information just to fool you. Now they also charge $4 for visitor parking how clever is that, huh? They just towed my car even though it was in the system. Great job, guys.

The property imposes a daily parking fee of $4 per vehicle. Notwithstanding the termination or expiration of a lease agreement, tenants may still be subject to towing enforcement. Residents are effectively required to pay for parking on the premises in a manner comparable to a commercial parking facility. Accordingly, the property operates less like a residential apartment community and more like a commercial parking enterprise that incidentally leases apartments. That picture shows a resident paying to park and still getting towed. Great job, guys.
