Had a fantastic tour at The Bridge at Kenzie! The property is stunning and has a really peaceful, upscale feel to it. You can tell management takes pride in keeping the grounds spotless. The apartments themselves are bright and spacious with a great flow. The whole process was low-pressure and very informative. If youâre looking for a new spot in the area, this complex is a must-see!

I had an amazing experience touring The Kenzie. The leasing staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire tour feel relaxed and informative. A special shoutout to Yosieâshe was especially helpful and friendly throughout the process. She walked me through all the details about the units, amenities, and community, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and positive energy really stood out and made the experience even better. Overall, the staff made touring the complex a great experience, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people find the right place to live.

Yesterday, 12/16/25, I moved into The Kenzie, and unfortunately, I did not have the best move-in experience. My unit was not cleaned prior to my arrival (pictures attached). There was dog hair on the floors, pieces of glass (one of which became lodged in my finger), residue on the cabinets, dust buildup on the baseboards and outlets, and dirt and trash left near the refrigerator area. I immediately brought these concerns to the attention of the leasing agents. Although the in-house cleaners were sent to the unit, the cleaning performed was minimal and still not satisfactory. More importantly, this should have been properly addressed before my move-in. The cleaner who was sent only wiped down the cabinets with visible residue, leaving the other issues unresolved. Additionally, the attachment located at the bottom of the refrigerator had come off, and there were cobwebs throughout the entire attachment, further demonstrating the lack of cleanliness in the unit. This has been a very disappointing experience, as I was genuinely looking forward to moving to the Domain area and expected a more luxury-level living experience, which unfortunately has not been the case. Iâm sharing this experience in hopes that management improves their move-in standards for future residents. This location has a lot of potential, but the condition of my unit upon arrival fell far below expectations.

Kenzie under the Bridge SUCKS! Avoid avoid avoid Since the day the new management company (Bridge) took over at The Kenzie, the quality of living has noticeably deteriorated. You can tell things are declining from the inside when even the smallest details, like the complimentary coffee, are downgraded to an undrinkable optionâyet they still claim to provide resident benefits. The garage door has been broken since May. In August, the new management promised it would be fixed within a month, yet four months later nothing has been resolved. There is always a new excuse for the delay, even as rent continues to increase. They have also attempted to add unexplained fees to our account. When I reached out for clarification, no one responded. I have tried contacting management through the resident portal, email, and in person, but they are consistently unavailable and unresponsive. When we raised larger issuesâsuch as the broken garage door, multiple stolen packages, homeless individuals sleeping in the lobby, missing door handles, and unsecured access to the building that allows strangers to walk aroundâthe response was simply that they are âmaking improvementsâ and âorganizing community events.â Community events are the last thing we care about when basic safety and maintenance are being ignored. When we brought up repairs and safety issues that clearly need attention, we were told that management does not walk around the building and instead relies entirely on residents to report problems. Why is there management, then? What exactly are they doing? They certainly are not inspecting the property, ensuring things are functioning, or taking accountability. At this point, it feels like their only priority is collecting money from residents while providing nothing in return. Several apartments have also been dealing with ants and cockroaches. Even though we pay for pest control, our initial request for help was ignored. Only after going down a second time did they provide roach traps, but no ant traps, and no one inspected the unit. It took weeks just to receive minimal assistance. They continue to charge questionable fees without providing any proof or explanation, even after repeated requests. Residents are expected to follow every rule and pay every fee, yet management fails to meet even their most basic obligations. They even waive certain fees for select residents, resulting in an unfair and biased environment. Many of the units facing the Westin have also become nearly unlivable. Starting as early as 5 AM, trucks constantly back up, unload, rattle bottles, and create intense noise. On top of that, there is nonstop construction noise throughout the day, making it impossible to rest or work from home comfortably. Management provides no solutions or accommodations for this persistent disturbance. The balconies also appear to be structurally unsafe, yet no action is being taken. This management team does not care, is not helpful, and has allowed the building, living conditions, and services to deteriorate significantly. I would not recommend The Kenzie under Bridge management. Elevators are also never working!!!! Below are just a few images of the issues we are seeing with multiple door handles missing (including on the inner part of the trash room so you are locked in if it shuts behind you), the broken garage door, balconies sinking lower with each day and cracks getting bigger. We are worried it could collapse any day.
