Adri from the front office staff was an absolute dream and was the highlight of my time living at Bridge at Ribelin Ranch. She went above and beyond and was super on top of things. My husband and I had to move in on a moments notice, and she was able to get us into an apartment with patience and grace with a super quick turnaround time. The complex is located next to really great nearby restaurants and stores (HEB is a 4 minute drive). You’re right smack dab in the middle of cedar park/anderson mill suburbs and Lakeway so you get a nice mix. I would recommend this place to friend!

I have lived here for almost 17 years and am completely satisfied with all aspects of the community. Very few problems have come up during this time, and the staff has always been extremely responsive. Speaking of the staff, the current staff is excellent -- both office and maintenance. And especially Jenna Weber, the Community Manager. Location is also great. Shopping and schools nearby.

I lived here for two years, and while there were a few bright spots, the structural issues and management struggles made it a frustrating experience, especially considering the price. One major frustration was that my actual locked lease rent price was significantly higher than the rates they indicated on their website. For the price I was paying, the quality of living here simply did not match up. The buildings show their age significantly. The flooring is squeaky, the plumbing is very outdated, and the vents were overdue for a cleaning when I moved in. The biggest issue, however, was that my apartment had a persistent leaky roof that caused mold. Despite submitting dozens of maintenance requests, management’s solution was to just call someone to look at it, paint over it, and shrug. It would inevitably leak again after the next heavy rain. Upon moving in, the dishwasher had water sitting in the bottom and mold. Also, my heater broke during a freeze and flooded my balcony. They replaced the unit but left me with industrial fans and dehumidifiers running 24/7 for over a week to dry the place out. I received no reimbursement for the electricity nor water for dripping faucets or the inconvenience of living in a "construction zone" for over a week. During the summer, I would get scorpions and lizards inside the apartment, even with windows shut tight. If you value sleep, be careful where your unit is located because my unit was next to the dog park. People would walk their dogs at midnight, and the non-stop barking would wake me up constantly. Also big Austin problem I guess but dog waste was everywhere and the fines were not enforced. Dog poop would sit baking in the Texas sun for days until it reeks. Noise isolation is poor. I could hear neighbors singing in their bedrooms and people stomping up and down the stairwells (there are no elevators, by the way). Cigarette smoke constantly sneaked into my apartment through the vents. Management sent "please stop" emails, but never actually enforced it. I think it only stopped when the neighbor moved out. There is also a frequent smell of weed in the stairwells because of the neighbors too. The spots are incredibly tight, so expect door dings unless you manage to snag a corner spot or few of the special spots, which was impossible to do during the weekends. People also didn't care about others and would door ding your car, especiallt if you have a nice one. There just aren't enough spaces, so you often have to park far away from your building and walk. Also, traffic gets really heavy during the school year in the morning and evening due to nearby schools. The trash valet service was a mess. Pickup times were inconsistent (sometimes 1 or 2 AM instead of 8 PM). They were incredibly picky about boxes (I had to walk cardboard 10 buildings away to dispose of it myself), yet I would still get hit with random "violation" fines on my account with no explanation when requested for in the email. Small and often crowded amenity gym with rowdy high schoolers from down the street who treat it like a playground and break the equipment. Management didn't seem to care to restrict access, even when I asked to. Frequent pool maintenance meant I got spammed with emails about it constantly. The coffee machine was sometimes empty, missing specific packets, and lacked hot chocolate completely. Only few good things: The actual maintenance staff and office staff is great, they are very quick and responsive. They kind of have to be, given how old the property is. The resident food events were actually really fun and well-done with a lot of food and beverages. The apartment complex has a system where you pay a monthly fee instead of a large security deposit upfront, which was really cool and new for me. Between the ignored mold issues, the noise, the dog feces laying outside, the random trash valet fines, the impossible parking, and the fact that the locked rent on my lease was much higher than what was shown online, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

Let me tell y’all something, I’m 49 years old. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments. I’ve literally had most of those have difficulty with management or they raise the rent way too much or something. There’s always something that’s just made the experience awful. Not at this place is the first place I’ve ever lived where I’m absolutely happy. I love my neighbors. There’s no crime we get cool amenities and the management is really nice. I can’t even think of anything to complain about. If you’re looking for a place, you should check it out. It feels like they care about people and not just the dollar.
