Beware. I am grateful I got away with my life, but I experienced continued suffering from asthma like symptoms (shortness of breath, heaviness in chest, restricted breathing) and joint aches, sinus issues a month after moving out (fall 2025). At one point, I experienced dizziness and a feverish body heat with red rash all over my skin. I hate that I have to write this review, but I want that no one suffer as I have physically, mentally, and financially. Bridge at Bent Tree seemed too good to be true. Every resident I met was happy, and the staff was exceptionally kind. However, the red flag was a tree air freshener at viewing unit 3024. After moving in, I discovered old, serious water damage under the bathroom sink that had spread through the wall and behind the kitchen refrigerator, and serious water damage in the HVAC cavity. 4 days later my lungs started tickling and I was allowed to move to a new unit. Unit 3226 had wicking lines in HVAC cavity but I decided to ignore that because I was desperate to move out of 3024 while the offer was on the table and it seemed path of least resistance... humongous mistake. 10 days after moving in to 3226, the serious reactions described earlier took place and I have been on inhalers ever since (it is now end of Dec 2025, still on inhalers; breathing and sinus issues remain. Note: i have never had problems breathing in my life until I moved into these apartments. Never experienced reactions like this ever. It was terrifying and I still pray and hope my breathing will be restored). I was allowed to leave But I was never compensated for the extreme stress and cost of moving Three times in two months, the mental anguish of not knowing what will happen to my body, the financial damage of me having to throw away and repurchase furniture and deep clean everything; Everything I have researched suggests this was very likely an exposure to mold and possibly mycotoxins. My life still isn't back to normal months later. Thank God I was allowed to leave, and please be diligent in your decision making if you are at all sensitive to mold, pollen, dust, VOCs, etc. Water damage is no joke. Beware.

Bent Tree is the best apartment in Austin. It has cable and internet included. Lived here for several years now.

I have loved living here these past 3 years. This is a quiet, clean, and friendly complex. I've lived all over Austin, and this place really stands out. It is well-maintained yet relaxed in the right ways; there's no broken security gate, predatory towing, valet trash, or assigned parking that I have to pay extra for, which is such a breath of fresh air. A couple of years ago they redid all of the porches, windows, and doors, so the apartments are well-insulated. The laundry room is clean and the machines consistently work. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and great for walking. I adore the abundance of plants and pets around the complex. I love the trees and giant crepe myrtles. The rent and fees are affordable and internet is included in the rent. Kim and Casey are both helpful, capable and kind managers, and the maintenance guys Bart and Arnold are on top of things. I feel valued as a resident and a part of the community. There are only two suggestions I would make: 1) I would prefer if the leaf blowing focused on sidewalks and pathways rather than total leaf removal. Fallen leaves around the trees provide natural mulch with benefits (like improved soil quality and water retention) that help protect the trees during droughts. 2) The speed bumps could use an update. They are a bit rough on my car even at 5 mph. Keep up the great work y'all! Looking forward to spending another year here.

Bent Tree Austin is truly a hidden gem in Northwest Austin! The location is perfect, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to everything you need. The office staff is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any needs. The maintenance team is top-notch, promptly addressing any issues and keeping the property in excellent condition.

This property deserves nothing less than five stars. Casey is fabulous to work with and truly cares about the residents here. Every concern I’ve had she has addressed it immediately. You won’t get that questionable kind of kindness here, that is unfortunately seen in other leasing offices. Bridge at Bent Tree is genuine and maintenance is incredibly kind and quick to work. They get things done and keep you updated throughout the entire process. Between the office staff and maintenance crew, they really make you feel at home here. Yes, there are leaf blowers every Wednesday morning as someone else below mentioned. Instead of low rating them for this- how about highly rating them, to be thankful they provide the service. That they care about the cleanliness of the property and take care of the trees that surround. It is a beautiful property and well built. It is quiet here, peaceful, and the neighbors are sweet.
