Bridge at balcones is the best place we have ever lived in me and my wife love the staff they are always on time they check in with you to make sure you don't need anything the maintenance crew is fast and respectful. They care about the things that need to be fix and do them in a timely matter if I could give this place a 10 star I would this place really feels like home Thank you guys for all that you do it definitely doesn't go unnoticed

The front office and maintenance teams are great. They are always quick to solve whatever issues I have. The rent and location is also good. My only complaint is that there have been a few instances of loud arguing outside at odd hours, but that's not really the fault of the property staff.

If I could give only 0 stars I would. These are the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Our truck was stolen from here and the managers didn't care, didn't investigate, didn't care, didn't respond. They only charge you, but they don't care about your safety at all. I've been telling them for 6 months that I felt unsafe and that they could give me a garage, and they never responded! If you want to stay safe, run away from here.

I lived here for a year and loved the place! The Apartment was beautiful with cathedral ceilings and I loved the loft. They did a lot of community events with treats for the tenants but the thing that will make me miss this place, is my interactions with the staff. The only thing I didn't like about this place was how packed the parking lot can get. The manager, Stephanie, was extremely prompt with taking care of every issue that came up and she made a huge impact with her flexibility during an unexpected emergency. She is BY FAR the most efficient, professional, reliable and responsible property manager I've encountered in Austin. The maintenence staff is very prompt and friendly too. I didn't want to move away and I know whoever has my previous apartment will love it here.

There are multiple evictions every month. It seems like the constables are always over there. More people move out than move in. Maintenance request from a year ago still not done and they had the nerve to try to increase the rent. Maintenance staff are rude and disrespectful and often try to play like they don't speak English when they do speak English. The emergency number is useless. Seems that the maintenance staff doesn't even know the definition of a maintenance emergency. Property management, staff, and the maintenance staff could definitely use some further training in customer service. At the end of the day common sense would tell you that an apartment complex wants Happy satisfied customers but if that's what is expected The Bridge @Balcones is not the complex that you want to move to
