I usually do not go about rating especially if it is a bad one but I have to commend Lilly for doing a great job locating my lost package. I moved in with my family recently and we’ve generally not been having issues with packages. However, there was this package that got delivered to the wrong apartment unit. Thanks to Lilly, we were able to locate the package before it was too late.

I have been a resident at this apartment for 15 months and have always been in good standing. Recently, I successfully referred a friend who signed a 15-month lease. However, management is now refusing to honor the promised $500 referral credit simply because my move-out date is approaching. The written policy states the credit is issued 30 days post-move-in, but it never mentions that the referring resident must stay 'active' to receive it. I have already fulfilled my part of the deal, and the apartment has secured a long-term tenant because of my recommendation. What makes this even more unfair is that management pays referral commissions to outside realtors/brokers without issue. Yet, they are choosing to withhold an earned incentive from a loyal, long-term resident over a minor administrative timing gap. I have attempted to contact the Corporate Office multiple times to resolve this, but they have been completely unresponsive. It is deeply disappointing to see a professional management company ignore their residents and fail to honor their own promotions. Prospective tenants, please be cautious—this management may find any excuse to deny the incentives they promise you.
