Bridge at Avery Ranch

I recently moved out of this property and while the final charges ended up being reasonable, the overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication, inconsistent maintenance follow through, and a difficult move out process. Would not recommend based on how management handles move outs and deposits. I’ve had to repeatedly call just to get basic information, was told my deposit check was mailed, and still haven’t received anything and it’s been a month since I have moved out. Poor communication and lack of accountability throughout the process. During my lease, I submitted multiple maintenance requests that were marked as “completed” even though the issues were never actually fixed, requiring additional requests and follow up emails. This became a recurring issue throughout my time here. As I approached move out, I made several attempts by phone and email to get clarification regarding carpet cleaning charges, outstanding maintenance concerns, and to schedule a walkthrough. Most communication went unanswered, and the walkthrough was ultimately completed without me present despite my request to be there. I would strongly encourage future tenants to document everything carefully and stay persistent with communication.

I usually do not go about rating especially if it is a bad one but I have to commend Lilly for doing a great job locating my lost package. I moved in with my family recently and we’ve generally not been having issues with packages. However, there was this package that got delivered to the wrong apartment unit. Thanks to Lilly, we were able to locate the package before it was too late.
