My kitchen is currently flooded, and the “emergency maintenance” line doesn’t work. Meanwhile, I received a “Hi John, please leave us a five-star review” message — my name is Dakota, and no one on my lease is named John. That pretty much sums up the management here. The property is consistently neglected: trash in common areas, overflowing dumpsters, roaches, and even a black mold issue in one section that forced residents to move out. Theft is also a constant problem. Packages, mail, and I personally had over $200 of clothing stolen from the laundry room. When I reported it, I was met with zero empathy and no solutions. There are no meaningful security measures in place. The only thing management seems efficient at is towing cars. I’m renewing because of the price, location, and my neighbors, but even the rent price does not reflect the stress and lack of basic upkeep. If you’re considering living here, I strongly suggest looking at other options first.
