Birdie on Woodland Greens

The staff are nice but the people just steal from you. Had someone take my several deliveries and then Uber delivery not more than 5 minutes from delivery. If you are considering some where to live.. take into account those among you. Several fiscal mistakes on management end, claiming rent wasn't paid when payments were made with pro rate. I would reconsider living here.

*Edited to include email detailing clear non smoking community policy.* My experience living at The Birdie from Dec 2024 to Feb 2026 was extremely disappointing. Management, maintenance, and overall property conditions consistently fell below expectations. It took 62 days to receive my security deposit due to an office error, and I had to send eight emails just to get it resolved. I also did not receive an itemized list of deductions within the 30 days required by Texas law and had to follow up twice just to obtain it. Staff turnover was constant, and communication was poor. Maintenance workers did not wear uniforms or identification, which raised safety concerns. The property manager was rarely visible, and there was little to no enforcement of rules. The property itself was not well-maintained. Hallways, stairwells, and common areas were consistently dirty, and the gym and other amenities were neglected. Trash was frequently left in hallways, and the trash compactor area often overflowed. Resident behavior was another issue. Noise complaints were common, the pool was frequently taken over by large, disruptive parties, and rules like the non-smoking policy were not enforced. Even the manager herself smoked on the property and around it in her car! Pet waste left in hallways and stairwells was also an ongoing problem. Security is lacking despite what is advertised. I had a package stolen inside the gated complex, and when I reported it, management offered no help or investigation. There are no effective security measures in place. Overall, The Birdie fails to deliver on basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and management. I would not recommend living here.

Toured Birdie on the woodland greens and had such a great experience due to the office staff as they were so kind, helpful and knew everything about the property. Cant wait to move-in in June!!
