We lived in this apartment complex for two years and had a great experience. We never ran into any significant issues during our stay. The leasing office was always responsive and ready to answer any questions we had. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and we never had any problems with maintenance requests. We also never had any issues with pests such as ants or cockroaches, and we never experienced any mold problems, which is a huge plus. The rent is very reasonable for the location, especially considering that downtown Austin is only about a 10-minute drive away.

Maintenance kudo! Miguel knocked on my door by accident and I mentioned I had a question about my ice maker that wasn’t workingand that I was going to open a maintenance request. He asked to come in and take a look. He had it fixed, up and running, in less than 10 minutes! Great customer service without so much as a request for maintenance.

Such a good time! staff was awesome!!! This was my second event and always a great time , and brings the community together, looking forward to the next event

Just awful awful resident services. Hallways are gross and dirty, stairwells look like they haven’t been cleaned in years, and they nickel and dime you for everything. I was temporarily locked out of my apartment, requested emergency service, and then got ignored for an hour stranded outside, while the office ignored my calls. Do better Bexley, and if your reading this don’t move here
