Travis and Antoinette were wonderful. Always a pleasure to interact with and they treated me very well. The complex’s ATT rep, Nick, was also great. I’ve heard great things about their maintenance staff and I liked the general vibe of the complex. It’s fairly quiet too, but a lot of that just depends on whether you have loud upstairs neighbors or not. Management will do what they can to handle that though. Unfortunately my situation was a bit unique and I ended up deciding to move due to the upstairs noise. I’d still recommend living here though!

Honestly one of my favorite apartments. The leasing office team is very friendly and approachable when residents have questions or concerns. The maintenance team is very quick and usually fix whatever issues the apartments may have and don’t let those issues persist for more than a few days. Overall both teams are very attentive and offer a good place to live for decent prices!

I've been living here for the last 6 months and am ready to give my thoughts. This place is great. Everyone here is so nice and courteous. The management staff are amazing. They often go above and beyond to help. The only gripe I have is the parking can be a little tight. Wish the lot was like 5 feet wider or that they would have specific parking spaces for oversized trucks. Everything else has been an awesome experience and I would easily recommend this place to anyone.

Do not live here. The new landlord/property manager seems to only care about harming the people who pay rent here. But among the new manager of the property here are a few other reasons why I wouldn’t recommend it. 1. It’s not secure. My vehicles have been damaged and broken into a few times. The landlord/property manager has done nothing but say “sorry we can’t do anything”. 2. The new property manager has said this: They don’t allow you to work on your vehicle if it does break down or has issues, apparently they will kick you out of your apartment if you try and do this. Which means any time you have car or vehicle issues (including putting oil into your vehicle) they will violate your contract and remove you. 3. The property is littered with trash, debris, and other issues. 4. The property will request to come into your unit for countless “quality assurance checks” (basically snooping around your apartment, most of the time their requested time can’t be changed so be prepared for this to interfere with your schedule). 5. Rent rates, definitely higher than most of the area and way higher than any apartment in its ”class”. They tend to charge for everything. 6. Allow people to disrespect your property and damaged your vehicle and won’t do anything about it. So if you have a car you care about, don’t park it here or it will be damaged. The previous property manager (Jason) was a great guy. He replaced a horrible property manager that was here previously but looks like now since Jason left for a new property this one is stuck with another horrible property manager that focuses on hurting the communities well-being. Also, if you do for some reason decide to live at this property with this inexperienced property manager, they recently made me aware of their “community handbook” this is a book full of rules and restrictions, roughly 44 pages long. This handbook is also frequently updated and as stated in your lease when you sign a lease here, you’re also agreeing to this handbook, including all future updates that are made. Be careful and make sure to read this handbook before moving in to make sure this property is the right property for you. The only positive: The maintenance crew is always there to support you and take care of your apartment when you have issues. They run that team like a tight ship.

I’ve been a renter at Bexley Soco since June 2021, living here before it became Bexley Soco (when it was Society). I’ve seen the complex go through several property management companies, so I feel I can provide a realistic perspective. Pros: -If you live in building #2, the mail room and Amazon lockers are conveniently close by. -The gym is nice for what it is, with treadmills, free weights, a Smith machine, cable machine, Peloton bike, and more. -The maintenance team is relatively fast—I've had ants, plumbing issues, and drain problems, all handled within 24-48 hours. -My rent started at $1,435 and has only increased by $80 during my time here. While still expensive, I’ve been able to negotiate rent as listings fluctuate, which is a plus. Cons: -The walls are thin—you can hear everything. I’ve often heard my neighbors’ dogs barking all day. -Packages frequently get stolen, and there are no cameras to help catch thieves. I’ve started sending mine to my office to avoid issues. -The front and back gates are often under maintenance; it’s rare that both are working at the same time. Same with the elevators. -Pet owners often don’t clean up after their dogs, and the second gate area frequently smells of urine. -After moving out, I received minimal information regarding my security deposit and move-out inspection until I followed up multiple times. -They randomly started enforcing the trash being outside your door. I lived here for 4 years, and one day they started threatening $25 fees if it was left out. They're super strict now. -I never really vibed with any of the leasing people. Again, I've communicated with multiple people over the past 4 years & didn't feel super helped. Always felt like I needed to go "Karen Mode" to get my point across. Overall, each apartment complex has its drawbacks. I lived here for 4 years and was relatively happy, but some of the cons made me question whether to stay.
