I’ve been living here for 8 years and my experience has been great! Valerie in the leasing office has been very professional, kind, and goes above and beyond for residents. Especially when my package gets misplaced in the lockbox by a delivery driver. She is quick to help you locate your package. Beto on the maintenance team is also very professional, knowledgeable, communicates well, and quick to fix your apt issues. In my 8 years living here the maintenance team responds same day, or early morning next day.

I've been here a little over 2 years and the staff has been nothing short of professional. Valerie helped my family and I and she is phenomenal and a very intelligent person to work with. I have a lot of good memorable moments at this complex. My neighbors have been great. The maintenance team is swift and Im satisfied with my lease and amenities!

I moved into the apartment in April and so far my experience here has been really good. I have really liked my one bedroom apartment. It has plenty of space for my wife and I. We enjoyed the pool during the summer and use the gym quite often. Ashley and Valerie have been great any time we have needed help. They have done a number of fun events for the community around the holidays, giving us a few opportunities to connect with more people in the community. Overall we have enjoyed our time here with very little to no issues.

Worst rental experience of my life. We rented apartment 1007 in Building 10, and it was completely uninhabitable. From the start, it had missing locks, scratched floors, a broken kitchen faucet, and many other issues. Most importantly, there was no internet, which was critical since my wife and I both work 100% remotely. We inspected the apartment a week before moving in, and it was clear they had not done any proper preparation. We reported the issues and expected them to be fixed before our move, but management’s response was incompetent and unprofessional. They initially claimed the problem with the internet technician was probably a misdiagnosis and refused to take responsibility for a structural issue in the apartment, which made it impossible to live there. They even suggested we work from the common area, which is ridiculous considering I’m an accountant discussing sensitive company numbers and my wife works in customer service handling calls. It was unsafe and completely unacceptable. We proposed reasonable solutions: moving to a similar apartment, or receiving rental compensation to cover damages and the inconvenience. They refused all suggestions. Ultimately, we used the lease guarantee to break the contract without additional cost, but only after waiting days to see if they could fix the issues—which, unsurprisingly, they could not. To make matters worse, when we received our security deposit back, they kept most of it, returning only $184.85 out of $500. They claimed the deduction was for the days we had rented, despite the apartment being uninhabitable and us having a free month and a half included in our lease. This was an outrageous act of bad faith. The entire experience was stressful, unfair, and unprofessional. We spent hours dealing with management’s incompetence, trying to get a basic living condition, and dealing with an apartment that should never have been rented in that state. Avoid this place at all costs. Management shows zero integrity, no sense of responsibility, and complete disregard for tenants. This experience is serious enough that it has forced me to pursue Small Claims Court action.

I moved in on September 15th and so far my experience has been excellent. From the start, Valerie and Leslie in the leasing office have been fantastic—both professional and genuinely pleasant to work with. They made the move-in process smooth and handled everything promptly. When I first moved in, there was a small mix-up with my mailbox keys, but once I brought it up, they immediately issued new ones. During my walk-through I noticed that my dishwasher wasn’t working and a few of the kitchen outlets were out. I submitted a request over the weekend, and while the initial dishwasher ticket was accidentally closed before it was fixed, the maintenance tech, Beto, came to handle the outlet issue and went above and beyond by also fixing the dishwasher on the spot. Later, the maintenance manager personally came by to apologize for the mix-up with the first ticket—which I really appreciated. It showed accountability and a genuine effort to make things right. I understand that new residents often receive extra attention to ensure a good first impression, but I’ll be looking for that same energy throughout my lease term. If they maintain this level of service, I’ll be more than satisfied. A lot of online reviews tend to be written in the heat of frustration or focus only on negatives without recognizing the complexity of managing hundreds of apartment homes. From what I’ve seen so far, this team is doing a great job balancing responsiveness with professionalism. Although I’ve only been here a short time, I’m pleased with my experience so far. I haven’t used the amenities yet, but I plan to explore them soon and will update this review as I get the full picture. For now, I can say this: I’m a real resident giving a real review, and I feel confident recommending Bexley at Tech Ridge based on my experience to date.
