Berkshire Riverview

The apartments are very nice and modern. They have an amazing pool area as well. The staff really make the place stand out though. Christie and Michael are both so helpful and friendly.

I have only lived here for over a week now but have nothing but positive things to say. I had basically all of my furniture unintentionally delivered early to the leasing office an entire week prior to moving in which I'm sure was a nightmare for the staff, but they moved all my boxes into a secure location until my arrival. NOTHING was missing when I showed up! Every staff member I have come into contact with so far have been nothing but kind and helpful. Oh and my unit is amazing! Looking forward to creating a home here.

Living at Berkshire Riverview was a great experience. The building has a really nice gym and the direct access to the Lady Bird Lake trail is unbeatable if you enjoy walking, running, or biking. On top of that, the community always felt clean and well taken care of. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Jen in the leasing office. She was there for me through my entire time here from move-in to move-out and always went out of her way to help. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made everything so much easier. If you’re considering moving here, know that you’ll not only enjoy the amenities but also have a team that genuinely cares.
