Worst leasing office. Homeless break into the building and pool area. Hallways consitantly trashed with no clean up. Doors always broken. Over priced. Don’t move here.

Great location, staff that works there are great keeping up with maintenance. Manager is doing a very great job.

I have lived here for almost a year, and it is just one problem after another with these people. The building manager Victoria, often deflects to excuses and personal attacks for her failures to address safety hazards and incompetencies, so much so that the management company had to make a major concession for her failure to address this matter. Additionally, in the response below, the management lies about maintenance requests being fulfilled in a timely manner. They had to concede multiple days of rent because an *emergency* maintenance request went unanswered. Additionally multiple active safety hazards were recognized but not addressed. In the time since, no improvement has been made and the issues continue. She is frequently disrespectful, resorting to personal attacks, and this matter was brought to (but not made right by) senior management, who instead probed me for personal information regarding my family. They never listen, believing this review is a result of me not being able to move out early, and not the fact that living here has been an extremely frustrating experience due to management's negligence. This is not a place that values its residents and you should not choose to live here. The response will be a simple customer service "please reach out" message written by ChatGPT but I can assure you I have reached out to management multiple times and Victoria only ever makes things worse.

I just signed a new lease, I worked with Manoj during the whole process, he has been very responsive to my questions regarding moving in and the process for getting everything filled out and ready before moving in. I appreciated his follow-up calls as my move-in date came closer to make sure everything was ready for moving in. I'll send a follow-up review after a few months to give another review on my experience living here at the Bell South Lamar Apartments. Update: I only lived in these apartments for the first year, then got out. Too many issues from bugs, garage break-in, the garage gate was broken several times with no way to get out until someone was available to come get the gate up. The garbage shoots were all ways clogged from people trying to throw away items that were too big for the shoot and people leaving large items in the hall expecting someone to come and grab it. The AC unit was leaking freon into the apartment. When I asked maintenance if I should leave as that wasnt healthy they said "No, you dont have to leave and it wont hurt you." yeah, needless to say I couldnt get out fast enough. Im sure other people's experience may have been different and better or worse, but I was not a fan.
