Bell South Lamar

Great place to live in a great area. Close enough to downtown so that you’re easily able to walk Ladybird Lake. Far enough as to where you don’t deal with the traffic. Maintenance & office staff are fantastic. Shout out to Ascension for always being so attentive to any issues we have with just about anything around the complex or in the apartment!

Michael the handyman is thorough and excellent. He knows A/C, plumbing, and major appliance repair and is quick to recognize issue and deliver results. He also provides tips and tricks for tennants to better maintain their living spaces.

My experience at Bell South Lamar has been great so far. I just moved in this past weekend and can already tell I'm going to enjoy calling this place home! Manoj at the front desk deserves a special shoutout, his upbeat and accommodating attitude is what made choosing Bell such an easy choice. Looking forward to integrating into this new community!

I moved in last week, the apartment and the neighborhood feels great! Manoj Samtani was very friendly and professional throughout the process. He was easy to communicate with and always helpful. He responded to emails quickly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Bell!

A lot to mention here. The maintenance staff, Michel and Carlos, always go above and beyond. They take the time to make sure everything is working properly, great guys. When my AC recently failed, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response from the front office. It was completely replaced the very next day after maintenance confirmed a replacement was needed. Victoria, the community manager, and Manoj were in constant communication and kept me informed throughout the process. I'd also like to mention that the other day Jasmine found a package that had been mistakenly delivered and left far from my apartment. She was kind enough to secure it an email me to let me know it was available at the front office. While I understand that the front office doesn't normally accept packages, this seemed to be an exception since it was found elsewhere on the property. This team is amazing and truly makes living here a great experience!
