The place is excellent, very clean, peaceful and quiet, very well cared for and maintained, with a 24-hour gym and good exercise equipment. I highly recommend it!

We've had an excellent experience living here! Marlowe, Chelsea, and Christopher at the front office are amazing and make it feel homey. Great maintenance workers too! The apartments are a bit old but whenever there is a problem we know it will get fixed right away without any trouble. Makes me never want to buy a house of my own because you could never achieve that level of convenience. The pickleball courts and pool and gym are great amenities! Be aware, if you live in the building right next to the pickleball court like we do, it can be loud. But we've gotten used to it. Most of the buildings are a lot farther from the courts than ours though. And of course the location is top notch. Walking distance to Barton Springs, with a little pathway in the back that connects to the Barton Creek Greenbelt. Overall would highly recommend.

Going to confirm the trends that the superintendent is unpleasant to deal with and the buildings are worn out. Not worth it.

i was soooo sad that the apartment we were interested in was leased already :( It’s my husband’s fault lol he didn’t check his email. Please, PLEASE get back to us guys. I really want to live in this prime place!
