This is NOT a family friendly complex. If you have kids, I do not recommend. Crime, crime, and more crime. Don't live here! Also, God forbid you have a rocking horse for your kid or a water splash table outside, you're risking a $100 fine. What a joke. I've lived here three years. Here is everything I've experienced personally (also, in management's response they try to frame these as "old" issues. 17 out of these 24 items have occurred within the last 6 months): 1) My car was stolen 2) My new car was broken into multiple times 3) My garage was broken into multiple times 4) I was woken up at 4am by a SWAT raid in a neighboring unit 5) A resident was shot and killed in a "domestic dispute" 6) I saw a high speed chase with police through the parking lot 7) Its normal to see windows smashed in cars when I go on walks around the complex 8) I saw a homeless person wandering around the complex knocking on doors once 9) I see trash littered everywhere! 10) I dealt with doggy waste bins overflowing with poop and broken/rusted through 11) half the residents never pick up their dog poop 12) the pool is always littered with beer bottles (one time someone left a pair of underwear out by the pool) 13) The amenities are constantly broken 14) residents having loud parties in the middle of the week 15) the leasing office tried to trick/swindle me into thinking my lease expired in May instead of February. Shady. 16) I've watched management change over THREE times 17) Our unit had a $450 electric bill in the summer. That's criminally high. 18) We watched APD arrest a squatter back in October. 19) the cops are called to this complex at least once per month 20) A maintenance man entered our unit despite not having permission to do so. 21) We've asked for a new AC every summer for the past 3 summers.They prefer to just do bandaid fixes and postpone actual maintenance as long as possible. 22) they implemented a new parking system, but it's fake. They don't actually tow anybody. 23) they have a "security company" but the dude who does the patrols is 80 years old and obviously isn't any help. 24) there are two dead trees behind my building. But they haven't removed them yet because "it's so expensive". Good to know the thousands in rent we are paying is just disappearing. 25) if they give you concessions for your renewal, you HAVE to double check because they will "forget" to give your account the credit. The lesson to be learned here? If you treat your residents like trash, you end up with trashy residents. Can't wait to move out of this place.

I highly recommend NOT moving here. Along with everything taking forever and communication being abysmal, you will wake up to your car being broken into more than once, and then all your wheels and tires missing one day. DON'T MOVE HERE.

Update 2/5/24- since moving in the management staff has changed and they are 100% better than who was there when i moved in. Raya has been amazing through out my entire stay here and if i renew it would 100% be because of her. She is absolutely amazing. If this place had yards i would renew in a heartbeat. I did finally get a gate fob 6 months later, the mailboxes are fixed, and i finally got my garage because of Raya. Trash service still sucks, but that's not the apartments fault. Sometimes they show up between 8pm and 1 am and sometimes my trash is still there the next morning. Though i hate using fetch as a mail deliver service due to them not having a package room i will say i haven't had an issue with fetch. Guest parking could be better but i live near the entrance so its not a problem for guests to park outside the gate. Move in Nightmare! I signed my lease 2 months in advance, inquired about a garage 4 weeks before move in, and reconfirmed about the garage a week prior to move in. When I arrived on move in day, my keys weren't ready, and I had to wait 90 minutes for keys, even though i called a week prior to confirm I would be there around opening time. I also learned that they gave my garage to someone else even though they confirmed with me I had it. If that had been the only issue i would have gotten over it but the list goes on. My hot water was barely warm, the dryer hasn't been working since I moved in 2 weeks ago and they're saying it'll be another 2 weeks even though there's a dryer in the model home 1 door down they can give me and plenty on property. Mind you I pay almost $70 more to have an in-unit washer and dryer and they have not even suggested prorating anything for me either. My floors have paint splatter all over them so they always look dirty, and when I moved in the mailboxes were broken from like 8 months ago apparently but no one thought to mention that before I moved in. The gate fobs are on back order, which was not told to me until move in as well. Everywhere else I've been given a folder at move in with trash schedules, gate codes, and other important information about the property. I got absolutely nothing from this place. The inventory checklist is on the app and it wouldn't work for me so I'm sure upon move out they will charge me for everything they want since I was unable to fill it out. The front office staff is rude and instead of giving solutions and trying to help a situation they just say "I'm new" as if they weren't here 2-3 months ago when I signed my lease. The office manager hasn't offered to fix anything or even come out of her office. Not a very good manager if you ask me. In short, DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will regret it. UPDATE 6/23/23: I was without AC for 3 weeks with over 100 degree temps outside. I haven't even been here 3 months yet. When Maintenance came to finally fix it they forgot to turn my water back on. When I called afterhours, they called maintenance, but they wouldn't come out, told me I could do it myself. The pool has been closed by the health dept all summer. The grounds are always trashed, there's been a disgusting old cooler filled with rust water from a previous renter sitting in front of my patio for weeks. 25% the time valet trash doesn't even take your trash.

I submitted a request due to my ac not working. Jerry & Shawn came out immediately notified me of work start and had it up and running in no time!!! Just in time for the afternoon heat!!! We appreciate the hard work and professionalism to ensure my family stays happy in our home!!!
