Terrible staff and looked at me crazy when asking for simple tasks to be done. Not understanding at all. Manager was not a great person and outright rude. Highly do NOT recommend living here unless you enjoy that😊🤗 if I could give zero stars I would

Consistent AC issues over the past two years and ongoing disruptive construction noise. The valet lane is frequently clogged with non-residents, making it difficult to use, and there’s often a strong septic odor in the parking garage. While the staff is fantastic, nearly every other aspect of this property falls far below the standard of my previous residence at the Austin W Hotel.
