Austin Proper Residences

Consistent AC issues over the past two years and ongoing disruptive construction noise. The valet lane is frequently clogged with non-residents, making it difficult to use, and there’s often a strong septic odor in the parking garage. While the staff is fantastic, nearly every other aspect of this property falls far below the standard of my previous residence at the Austin W Hotel.

Enjoyed every moment of my stay when I first arrived in Austin. I go back at least twice a month for dinner/drinks. It’s exceptional every time.

My stay at Austin Proper was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the stylish lobby, I was captivated by the impeccable design and warm ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable.

Edited 6/2024 Still regarded by many in the Real Estate Brokerage community as the finest Condo downtown. Very few rentals, mostly owner occupied or second and third homes. Condo Residents have access and discounts to the amenities of the fabulous Austin Proper Hotel. The smallest one bedroom is 921 ft.², as opposed to the other larger buildings with hundreds of units, that start at smaller than 600 ft.² Multiple fine restaurants in the building, curated by the acclaimed McGuire/Moorman Group. Interiors were done by the renowned Kelly Wearstler. #Proper

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful the valet team is fast and is honest with you from the start.
