I called Austin Parke home for 4 years and can say that the buildings are smaller (which is not a negative in my opinion), which means more opportunity to know your neighbors. The staff is very friendly and knew me (and I assume many other residents) on a first name basis. It is right along the highway, so just keep that in mind if you're sensitive to road noise. Definitely sad to leave the community!

The place is very clean and beautiful. Everything is repaired on time. Good management. No security problems. The staff is very kind and helpful. I have been living here for a year. I am very happy and grateful to them.

I have lived here before. If you want a gas stove this is the place to move to. Good and reasonable price too.

Marilyn and Jonathan's care and knowledge about the apartments and surrounding areas are excellent as well as helpful. Their phone edicat and professionalism bares none. Most of all, their problem resolution to a new renter with a little anxiety moving from a different city and wanting things to go smoothly are top tier. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else but here. I HIGHLY recommend Austin Parke Apartments to ANYONE just as long as they are there. They need a raise! IMMEDIATELY! Thanks for everything guys 😁
