We lived at Aura for two years, and it was by far the best apartment community we've ever lived in. One of the biggest reasons for that was Lorena. From day one, Lorena was always friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely wanted to help. No matter what question or issue came up, she communicated clearly and always made us feel taken care of. She quickly became our favorite person on the property. Something that really stood out to me was learning that Lorena and several of the maintenance team members have been with Aura since the property first opened. To me, that says a lot about the community and management. It's important to live somewhere where you know and trust the people managing the property and entering your home for service requests, and we always felt we were in good hands. Aura truly sets the standard for what a well-managed apartment community should be, and Lorena is a huge part of that. If you're considering living here, know that you'll be working with people who genuinely care about their residents. Thank you, Lorena, for making our experience such a positive one!!!

❗️NOT RECOMMEND ❗️ Smoke detector malfunctioned 7+ times and continued having issues even after multiple repairs. Had 3 packages stolen worth over $200 total. A neighbor’s car window was smashed in the parking lot. Leasing office communication was extremely slow, emails often took 10+ days and multiple follow-ups to get a response. Poor sound insulation. When I moved in, the community was quiet. Later, loud parties became almost a weekly occurrence, with music often lasting until 1–2 AM.

Great place! During my visit I was first very impressed by the staff, very welcoming, patient, very positive, friendly, caring (example April), going the extra mile to answer questions. Then the building is very modern, sparkling clean, the amenities are great, the tenants are quiet. The location is very good, there are retail stores near by (great Italian pizza restaurant, also a good convenience store etc). The area is safe, not far from downtown and universities.

I have been a resident at Aura for the past three years and can only say positive things about the community. You can tell they take pride in the property by how clean and well-maintained it is at all times. During my time here, Lorena has been incredibly helpful in answering any questions I have had about the lease and property. She made my entire experience easy, from move-in to a unit transfer and eventually the move-out process. The team at Aura is very responsive and is the only place I have lived where work orders are consistently completed within 24 hours. I have been very pleased with my experience at Aura and would highly recommend!

Truly luxury living! I love the amenities in the building, like the pool, the pool table, swings, and coffee and tea in the clubhouse. The gym is loaded with everything you could need. The best part is the maintenance team at Aura32. They keep the building in great condition and address any issues in a timely and professional manner. Special shout out to Antonio who has always been helpful, kind, and communicative when resolving any issues. I also enjoy their hosted resident events for holidays and game days. My unit itself has so many amazing features that make it feel luxurious, like tall ceilings, big walk-in closet, and modern appliances. The leasing process was smooth and April specifically made it a breeze; she was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. My time at Aura32 has been amazing!
