Worst of the worst....in regards to the Jan. 2026 artic storm we are experiencing now. I had the heat to the digital thermostat go out. I called it in and maintenance mentioned the digital thermostat went bad due to switching and he used the last one yesterday. Yesterday, mind you yesterday was Friday a day before the storm. If the front office new the last one was used why not get more, and be prepared. Also, we get emails after emails about non important information but nothing went out to inform tenants your digital thermostat may go bad if you switch around the temperature as a heads up. Think twice before making an appointment to view. If you cannot trust them to have the best interest of the tenants in being able to forsee a potential problem knowing the issue before an incoming storm with artic temperatures and being proactive by having more digital thermostats at hand and deciding not to do anything about it then I would not trust them with your money. Yes, they did provide a small heater equivalent to a birthday candle to heat a two bedroom two bath. When asked maintenance assured it would heat all rooms which it didn't keep heat in not even in one room. This was preventable! Worst complex ever. Do not move into complex cannot keep employees happy. Office closed due to staffing shortage some weekends can never find anyone during the week in the office to answer calls. If you cannot keep employees happy you cannot make decisions that will keep your residents happy. Always changing companies that you will have to go through to pay rent, or get your packages and having to create accounts many times...all the while making it seem residents will benefit. No benefit just problems and headaches and told to call support.

Leaving this review because the maintenance guy is an absolute rock star. He's always done a great job with any servicing needed, but today my car wouldn't start and on a whim he helped me jump start it to get to my appointment.

I highly recommend this community! The property management team is outstanding—they respond quickly, complete work orders in a timely manner, and consistently go above and beyond. The property manager and staff truly care about the residents and it shows in everything they do.

I’ve live at the Soco Apartments on Congress for over a year now and the leasing manager Austin has made living here great. He’s super responsive and helped me resolve any issues I’ve had while living here. It’s always been frustrating renting in the city but having a good property manager always helps.
