Updating my review as a current resident, Per my last review same issues (noise, cheep matériels, etc,) only as of recently they have decided to subject every unit to a “preventative maintenance inspection ” I would’ve never signed a lease if I would’ve known they could just decide when and what time they can do that. Feels a bit indecent I’ve never had a complex feel the need to subject the entire unit to an inspection without asking them lol? And also the complex is built in front of a waste management facility so the odor is super pungent some days causing the entire complex to stink.. don’t be like me thinking you scored a nice place only to be bam boozled by the new complex flashiness.. these are just like any other complex around except the price does not match the level of luxury their trying to sell here, I also added pictures below of our unit and how they have small measuring miss alignments as if they where built in a rush
