AMLI South First

Just moved this week and everything went perfectly! The leasing staff were very helpful in getting us set up and the amenities here are wonderful. Really like that the complex is right next to the colorado river.

12 hours without electricity and no help from AMLI.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! What was once a great living experience at AMLI South Shore has degraded into typical corporate apartment living. The community used to feel vibrant, fun, and genuinely enjoyable. Now it feels like a shell of what it used to be. Get ready for fees, corporate excuses, and an overall atmosphere that feels cold and transactional. It has become increasingly apparent through the notices, added costs, and lack of meaningful value for residents that the priority is not the community. The priority is revenue. Residents are treated less like people who live here and more like accounts to be managed. When you can get through the A.I. agent to the staff, they continue to repeat the corporate line while upholding policies that seem designed to benefit the company first and residents last. The entire experience now feels impersonal, frustrating, and disappointing. AMLI South Shore used to feel like a place worth living. Now it feels like just another corporate apartment complex squeezing residents while offering less in return.

Lived here for almost 2 years and it is not good. Super dated, super dark, parking is bad, walls are thin and you can hear everyone around you and any and all traffic. Circulation isn’t good so half the apartment will be hot and the other half freezing. There is no freight elevator (??) so moving sucks and your furniture needs to be small (mine wasn’t). The 2 people in the leasing office when I moved in were named Aiden and (Lisa ?? Jen ?), both super rude people. I was confused about the layout of having to cross the bridge from the parking garage, and then go up the elevator in order to get to my unit. I went in 6 times before asking if they could just show me, to which they refused to get up out of their desk. So I didn’t go back to the leasing office for the 2 years I lived there. 1 star is for the maintenance people who were always very good!

AMLI South Shore is a great choice with quality amenities and amazing staff. Calli from the leasing office was especially wonderful to work with at AMLI South Shore! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer questions and provide support along the way. She was also very efficient and professional, with quick communication and great organization that made everything feel smooth and seamless. Her attentiveness and genuine care really stood out. We had a great experience!
