AMLI South First

Ok, avoid this place. A totally attrocious lease office. We leased a nice 2br that has wall-to-wall carpets (we didn’t think much of it). Now I’m having very strong allergy to their cheap artificial carpets - strong reflux, missed heartbeats due to vagus nerve irritation, etc. Air pollution numbers in the carpeted rooms are crazy. We asked 3 times to move us. They have available appartments that are not carpeted. And they are declining (for the extra momey, mind you) because of some general rules that you need to live there for 6 months first. They are being so “generous” to make it 5 months, my god. So are you telling me that I have to live with this crazy allergy due to your cheap toxic carpets for the next few months? Not only that, they are telling me “everybody has allergies, they pass” and “you rented it yourself” - implying it’s on us? How would we know your carpets are freaking toxic to people? Latest is they are telling me I need to show them some docs from my doctor (extra money and time). No wonder they have available appartments with such lease operations. To management: fix your process. Zero quality customer service, robots playing by the rules. To future tenants: avoid!

I had an exceptional experience touring AMLI South Shore with Calli C.! Despite reaching out on short notice, she was incredibly accommodating and made time to show me around the entire property. She was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the community – from the apartment layouts to the amenities to the neighborhood perks. What really impressed me was the property itself – the amenities are top-notch, the units are beautiful, and the location is fantastic. But honestly, Calli's warm personality and professionalism made the experience even better. Even though I'm just exploring my options right now, she made me feel like a valued potential resident.
