I like the neighborhood and location a lot. My unit is fine, if anything walls are a bit thin. It feels like if there’s nothing wrong it’s good, but if there are any issues they prob won’t be fixed. I had issues with a neighbor’s dog freaking out for 8 hours a day for months straight, and the managers Toni and Jenna were just weird levels of dismissive and rude about being expected to do anything about it, talking to me in a way I’ve ever really encountered before — coming across just weird levels of immature and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve had a flashing light outside my unit for 3 years, that I reported when I first moved in. My bike was stolen from the sealed bike room I pay for, which had no resolution. Joseph and Jullee are always very helpful and awesome though, and again, the area is great.

Joseph was absolutely amazing! He guided me through the community for videos for my out of town clients and made the process so seamless! He was so kind and answered all of our questions! Thanks to Joseph, my clients are calling AMLI on Aldrich home!

Maintenance team is outstanding. We had ongoing issues with an appliance , and the same technician came out each time. He was consistently kind, respectful, and quick to respond to requests. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping residents. After multiple visits, they ultimately replaced the appliance and completely solved the issue. Really grateful for such reliable and professional service!
