My dream spot; wow and wow. The appliances are top notch (smart fridge) finishes are gorgeous and the AMENITIES!!! Now for the staff; appreciate their promptness, professionalism and quality of service and product. Lovely Liz toured me and we had so much fun; y'all are so lucky to have her! AMLI North Park is a beautiful newer property with an upscale yet genuinely welcoming feel. The finishes are high quality, and the health-focused features—like low-VOC paints and upgraded indoor air quality—really make this property unique. The location in Mueller is excellent and very walkable to restaurants, shops, and H-E-B. The leasing team is friendly and supportive, and Joseph was especially kind and helpful, sharing just the right amount of information without any pressure. I’d highly recommend AMLI North Park to anyone looking for a healthy, upscale place that still feels comfortable and easygoing.

Been living here for 5 months now and overall we love this apartment complex! Feels like a five star hotel during the day and night. We have had a few hiccups as you would expect from any new apartment but they have all been addressed and the office staff are super friendly and engaging. In particular Alex, Joseph and Liz and all the managers are super awesome to deal with and have been outstanding ambassadors for AMLI!

I've lived here for about a year now and writing this review as the lease renewal offer came in with a chocking ~8% rent increase, with there having been major problems & already being one of the pricier buildings. I will say that the apartment is nice, I like the finishes and colors. Major points where the value proposition of the high rent falls apart is: 1. fire alarms have been out of control. waking up multiple nights with a horrifyingly loud, false fire alarms is awful, or in the evening when trying to relax. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. 2. Amenities not delivering when I've needed them. The grills on the courtyard have been out of order for large parts of the season. The TV systems were failing for when I wanted to watch Formula1 or football games with friends in the common area. Gym was flooded/being repaired for a large part of the spring and summer. More minor Grievences: - the key system with an app and unique key combos for every door is just tech for the sake of tech... just give us a fob... - One elevator in the whole complex. Great to encourage keeping legs fit but sometimes very long detour required. - Internet hasn't been great, with bad throughput and complete outages. Internet through wall outlet does not seem to be set up at all properly to wire through the apartment. - Garage ports seem to be broken in some way but usually there is at least one working. water also drips and leaks a lot through the garage levels so depending one where car is parked its definitely going to get sprayed with dirty water. - Trash rooms have at times been a complete mess

I’ve had a very disappointing experience at AMLI North Park. I signed a 1-year lease for a studio with an 8-week concession offered to all units at the time of my application. Six months in, I realized I needed more space and asked about transferring to a 1-bedroom 1-bath — $430 more per month for just 169 additional square feet. Before moving forward, I specifically asked for a full and clear breakdown of all costs. Instead of straightforward answers, I was given vague and inconsistent responses: “it depends on timing,” No one could provide me with a clear ledger of what this “simple transfer down the hall” would actually cost. Only later was I informed that I’d have to pay back $1,761 of the concession + $1,000 transfer fee — just to move 50 yards down the hall. I also have to sign a NEW 12-month lease for the transfer. To make matters worse, management listed my current unit before I even signed any document, and another renter has already been approved. That left me with no option to back out. Overall, this feels like a nickel-and-dime operation with no transparency. What should have been an easy upgrade has turned into a miserable and costly experience. I’m leaving this review to warn others, because residents deserve honesty and clarity, not surprise charges and half-answers.
