AMLI on 2nd

Update: while I love the quality of the building, sound proofing, floor plans and the friendly staff, in the month I’ve lived here they’ve really pared back the perks that made me want to move here. First they took away the complimentary coffee machine, which people probably didn’t use much but I expected them to keep around given I’m paying $4.5K in rent/its a luxury building etc. They used to offer complimentary validation for guests for 6 and 12 hours but now are only offering 2 hours for free. The 2 hours is still nice and I appreciate it but it’s a bummer I now have to pay for parking for housekeepers, dog sitters, etc. Amli on 2nd is great! Heather was very helpful when we were looking for the perfect unit. We love the large dog park on the 5th floor, spacious gym, two big pools, and the floor to ceiling windows in our apartment. The soundproofing is also done really well. I can’t hear my neighbors at all from inside my units.

Right in the heart of downtown Austin, AMLI on 2nd has set the bar exceptionally high when it comes to living downtown. The property has great views, is within walking distance of many good restaurants/shops, and is just two blocks away from ACL Live at the Moody Theater and Lady Bird Lake. Not only is the building great but the staff is amazing. The concierges are always helpful and Cameron, Chase, Miriam, Daulton, Heather, and Austin are some of the best leasing office staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I would highly recommend AMLI on 2nd!

Simply a delightful experience with Heather and the team at AMLI on 2nd. They are incredibly knowledgeable and kind at the same time. Can not say enough good things about this special place with great people in charge!
