AMLI Covered Bridge

Jen did a fantastic job with the tour. I drove in about 4 minutes before closing and Jen was kind enough to still give me a tour. She answered my questions patiently. The community itself looks great with restaurants walkable, goat farms and more.

My partner and I had been touring various apartments in the area, and stopped at the AMLI as part of our search. The leasing agent was very rude, she would not help us without an appointment, and closed the door so we couldn’t even tour on our own. It’s Saturday, people are busy, I understand, but how they treat a potential tenant is a reflection of how they treat after you sign a contract. How do you think they will treat you when you have a work order or move out? Everywhere else we went was respectful, flexible and professional. I would never lease from this management company.

After living in North Austin for 5 years, we were pleasantly greeted to South Austin with this apartment home. All of my experiences with the AMLI Covered Bridge employees has been positive. I am grateful for the activities and amenities (especially the pools.) My brother and I are in a 2 bed/2 bath and the inside of the apartment is very spacious and lush. We also now have a balcony for our cat to sunbathe. This Thanksgiving, I am thankful for our move to the AMLI Covered Bridge apartment homes.
