Scheduled a tour here and we were lucky enough to have Calli as our guide. She was immensely knowledgable not only about the apartment complex itself, but Austin as a whole since this was our first time in Austin. She was professional, informative, and most importantly, personable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to tour.

WARNING - Do not be deceived by the reviews you will read here. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. I moved into this apartment complex three months ago and have had constant issues since day one. The condition of the unit when I moved in was unacceptable. There was a sticky, adhesive-like residue all over the floors that required professional cleaning to remove. No one should have to hire outside help just to make their new home livable. Underneath the kitchen sink, I discovered extensive black mold and a strong, putrid odor. This is a clear health hazard that should have been addressed before anyone moved in. Pest control has also been a major problem, inside AND outside the unit. The unit has a serious pest issue, despite having no food in the kitchen. When I saw one the size of a phone come out from under the stove, I contacted management immediately. Their response? Pest control only comes once a week, and I had to wait six more days. Completely unacceptable for a pest infestation considering the rent we pay. The exterior of the complex is no better. Parking is poorly managed, there are not enough spaces for residents, and garages are being used for people’s junk instead of cars. Covered parking is almost impossible to get. If you have a dog, be aware: this is not a pet-friendly community in any practical sense. The dog park is tiny and barely usable, especially considering the amount of open green space on the property that is left unused. Most of the dogs on the property are aggressive, making walks a daily stressor. There is nowhere safe or adequate for dogs to actually play or socialize. This complex has been a consistent source of stress and disappointment. Maintenance is reactive at best, every individual working in the office aside from Jen has been unbearable, and the overall living conditions are far below acceptable standards. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Do NOT make my mistake UPDATE: If you need more convincing to live elsewhere, please continue reading. This update was made a month after my original post. Id like to acknowledge that Amli has allowed me a path out of here, but that does NOT excuse the conditions I had to endure while I search for my new home. The pest issue has seriously escalated out of control at this complex. I have now attached photos of the living conditions here, which show the type of critters you will be living with when deciding to move here. At the time of posting, Amli has sent pest control one singular time to my unit, with no updates, follow ups, problem diagnosis, etc. They placed TWO singular little box traps, which clearly, aren’t even big enough for these bugs. If these photos don’t convince you, I am not sure what will. More updates: I filed a lawsuit in Travis County Justice Court for habitability violations. During the legal process, I learned that pest control was sent to multiple buildings at this property repeatedly throughout early 2025 for roach issues.

So quick to answer my maintenance requests. Always so friendly and respectful. They never mind answering my questions and always have a smile on their faces. Best maintenance team that I have ever had at any apartment complex.
