I loved it here! The staff was always courteous and professional towards me, and they were fast and efficient with fixing some things in my apartment. I never had any rat issues in my apartment, just some roaches and fruit flies, every now and then, but that was easy for me to take care of myself. I lived here from June 2020 - June 2022. The only reason I left, was because the new place I moved to has a better courtyard area, and a nice size outdoor pool. South Congress Commons has a great staff, in 2020 I met Anthony, (their former real estate agent), was very helpful and communicative, and was great at giving me a tour of the complex, and the available apartments. Stephanie (the Manager) is all around awesome, she manages multiple properties and she makes it look easy. Very caring, thoughtful and the epitome of what a manager should be. Stephanie takes great care of the residents, and is super appreciative of tenants that are mature and respectful of their respective units, and the complex as a whole. When I was looking to move in (in 2020) Stephanie was great at replying back to my emails, and answering any questions I had. Chrissy (their former leasing agent), was also good at assisting with any concerns/issues I had. Von (Maintenance Manager) has been a steadfast and intricate part of SoCo Commons. Friendly, professional, and courteous in not only ensuring that I had a smooth move-in, but also making sure that some minor things I needed fixed in the apartment were taken care as soon as possible. Overall, I had a great experience here, it’s a wonderful location, and is continuously growing into wonderful and peaceful community.
