There might be some issues with this place, but I have to tell you from personal experience being that I was one of the first people that moved into this place when it was all empty. This place is blessed. When I first moved in, I was part of a sublease. It’s so happened. The guy I was paying didn’t pay his rent for three months. I was locked out, but I went over and I talked to Michelle and explained my situation and I told her that if she would allow me to get inside a room and grab my two $5000 guitars, I will go take him to the pawnshop and hopefully You can approve me on my own space. Luckily all of my income before moving up here from San Antonio gave me enough credit to get into this place so she moved me downstairs into a small studio as I hustled my ass off too get back into the grind now That same week the guy I was helping start a private driving company with took away my Escalade to give it to a college girl that he just met so that went away as well as my income I had already sold half my equipment so I had to struggle a bit But Michelle was always nice. Always understanding of my situation as she’s witnessed. Many blessings in my life now for a while I was doing really well. I started DJing at different clubs making a lot of money and then again I got screwed out of income where clubs weren’t paying me one. Club didn’t pay me for a whole two weeks And at the same time when I left those clubs not only was I unemployed, but some lawyers came after me because of a past adept during Covid that I could not take care of. They had taken out my rent money from my bank, and I was unemployed for two months And during those two months, I decided to get sober and get into a regular life. I’m coming up on three months being sober and during that time of healing and job searching I wrote three albums yes in the apartment that I’m in right now I wrote three blues rock albums One is called sober, which is the first one and it goes into glowing butterfly, which is the second one and today I just released my third album shuffle. I just got my first paycheck and almost 3 months today and I am gonna start paying off the balance that I owe for my apartment. Michelle is actually one of the greatest angels that is understood my story as long as you communicate with her as long as you’re not here causing trouble she will work with you and I am so grateful for her. She could’ve just turned away and just let things happen but she said these words to me “I believe in you Eagle”! Today, I am on my way to my first podcast. I am being interviewed because apparently there’s a great story behind me. None of this would not have happened. If I was not living here all of these opportunities the job, the podcast, my music career, and apparently I am being looked at as far as acting in the TV series as well. All of this was happening from neighbors this community here is a community you want to be a part of if you’re starting out here in Austin, I’m telling you yes there’s some things that we could go without But the biggest part is from my heart. I can tell you this place is blessed!

Safe, Reliable, Kind. So happy i chose to move here. Cute property, charming and used to be a hotel. The office staff are SO nice and they really make an effort to get to know you which IMO adds to the overall safety. Maintenance is timely and also really sociable and friendly which tends to be uncommon in Austin. Really super lucky to live here! Can walk to the domain in about 15 minutes.

Michelle has been the very best person I have met when it came to choosing my first time apartment. The area is perfect to adjust into the city life and yet have the sense of security to still go for a job at night. I've been living here from the very beginning and have nothing to truly complain about. With new tenants comes different ways of life and so I can't judge for other people's actions. But the place itself and staff has always been so helpful and polite nonetheless.
