Stetson Apartments has been a great place to live. The property is quiet and well managed. It has been good overall. The management is full of kind people. Ambria helped get the best deal on my apartment and helped me with all the application process.

There has been mold in the apartment the entire time we lived there there then upon move out they want to charge me for the mold. They also have pulled money out of my bank account without my permission with out me giving them an ACH. my kids bike got stolen and my tools got stolen out my work truck. DO NOT RENT HERE!

There has been mold in the entire apartment the whole time I lived there. The ceiling was pouring water at one point. Then, when I move out, they say they're gonna charge me for the mold. My son's bike got stolen off the front porch, someone cut the lock to my tools on my work truck then stole those. Absolutely horrible experience.
