Serenity, Carlos and Lily helped me finalize my lease with a good deal, easy move in and peace of mind. Love the building and community! Would recommend talking to these great folks if you’re looking for an apartment!

I moved to Alexan Rivercrest from Fort Lauderdale without touring the property in person, so I had a lot of questions throughout the process to make sure I was picking the right unit for me. Lily and the whole team were amazing from start to finish. Their communication was incredible, even while I was literally on the road moving, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel so easy. Lily especially made me feel so welcomed when I moved in. She was friendly, thoughtful, and took the time to make sure I was set up for ballin living. The welcome home gifts from the property were such a sweet touch, too. I also really love the building itself. The resident events every month are actually fun and don’t feel cheesy. Great amenities. Only thing I wish it had: I wish the gym had some plyo boxes w/the diff heights on each side. One thing that really stood out: when I first moved in, I was one of the first residents in October 2025 and my oven breaker kept malfunctioning. Lily and Serenity went above and beyond by giving me a key to an empty unit next door so I could still cook while they got me a new oven overnight. That level of care and problem-solving really says a lot. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place to live, don’t sleep on Alexan Rivercrest - move in and sleep here too.

Great location and amenities, but I have to say, working with Lily has been amazing. Keeping me apprised of the best deals. Toured but ultimately decided not to move but I may change my mind this year!

Alexan Rivercrest..... Kudos to you guys for the hire of Lily H! I don't use the word brilliant a lot, because that word should not be thrown around lightly. But you guys have great agent on your team! Brilliant Agent! My client was down to days for having to move and not only did she accomplished the move in the timely manner, she kept us updated with process which made my client at ease and super happy. It was like she wanted him to move in worse then he wanted to move! LOL! That kind of customer service is rare in this industry. I wont be surprise next time I tour Alexan she in a leadership position! WELL DONE LILY! THANK YOUI!

I came in for a tour and Lily was the best! She was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Love this complex!
