This place is a straight SLUM. Literally 2 DAYS before my move in I was told my apartment wasn’t ready because of plumbing issues and tried to have me wait for 2 weeks when me and my kids had nowhere else to go. Also, when I did finally move in, my car was towed the first night because the office manager forgot to mention or give me a parking permit. The office here loves to give the bait and switch on the apartments here and NEVER accept responsibility for the way this place is (not) maintained. They claim the units are renovated but the ones they advertise as renovated ARE NOT and have 30 year old fixtures, etc. The office doesn’t care about safety concerns like BLACK MOLD, ROACHES, and BROKEN GLASS. They dragged their feet for more than a month to resolve those issues and they will claim they are not neglecting jobs in your unit so they avoid responsibility when they are in the wrong for forgetting about fixing your unit. Be careful walking around as there is broken glass bottles everywhere as well as random rusty nails. There are constant drunks hanging around the complex that obnoxiously play their music to the point you can’t even enjoy what you’re paying for. The neighbors and office do not care or have respect for anybody else or any amenities here (which are extremely subpar standards to begin with). Water is constantly shut off and maintenance takes at least a week to get even the most simple tasks completed. Or they will lie and say it’s completed when you have a broken window still. Make sure you also watch what maintenance is doing because they will half -ass the repairs and try to cut corners which can be harmful to your health. There is supposed to be security patrolling this place but not once in the almost 2 years of living here have I seen any. So where is that money really going to? Also, the kids that run wild around here will throw rocks and toys at your windows if your on the first floor. I’ve had my bedroom window and patio window broken by said children. I have caught little boys looking through bedroom windows and notified the office who couldn’t care less about that either. Seems like the office is only nice to hook you in & when you don’t need something seriously repaired. There are roaches running around literally everywhere especially the laundry areas. THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE AND DIRTY ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. IF YOU HAVE ANY STANDARDS FOR YOURSELF I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TRAPPING YOURSELF HERE.
