We provide 70 Rainey Cleaning services and I must say that our experience with the staff is so welcoming. I’ve spoken with Ms. Karen and Ms. Kat and another gentleman that was there early. They are kind and patient in understanding and sharing knowledge of the building. Even though there was a lot of people at the desk they handled it with ease! I love that the trash rooms have cat litter buckets. So many other condos are missing this amazing personalized step! Although it’s in the heart of Rainey it’s very private.

Coming up on 6 awesome years at 70 Rainey!! Best views, best residents, incredible community vibe!! With Rainey construction wrapping up this year it is only going to get better!!!

I'm the Fitness and Health Coach for this building and I gotta say out of all the condos downtown I've visited and workers for 70 Rainey is the Coziest and classiest of them all. Mid rise buildings are the best, not to busy mothers too boring and the view here is unmatchable. It has one of the best fitness centers in its class and the residents that live here are super fun and friendly. If you're looking to buy a condo downtown 70 Rainey is definitely yours top 5 choices in Austin.

I wish I lived here just for the views. Evwry time I have been here is great! Quick access even on.busy Rainey street, excellent Security and staff! Did I mention the views from the moment you step off the elevator!
