Enjoy living here, the location is unbeatable. Gym and amenities are fantastic and well kept. Leasing office is always happy to help and maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Miguel always enthusiastically solves our requests sameday. Noisy on weekends and some people yelling at the bus stops at the morning. Elevators go out frequently but fixed with urgency.

Devin in Leasing Office is always extremely approachable and helpful. His customer service and understanding of the property is top notch. He often mans the leasing office himself and does it with such ease. I am so glad to have a resource like him!

Miguel from 422 at the Lake's maintenance team has been great to work with! He’s quick to respond to my service requests and always gets the job done. In my latest request, he was prompt, friendly, and respectful of my space while I worked. On top of that, he left everything clean when he finished. I’ve lived in this building for several years, mainly because of its unbeatable location. While it’s starting to show some signs of aging, the maintenance team, especially Maximus and Miguel, always go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. They respond quickly, work efficiently, and are extremely knowledgeable. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about both the building and its residents.

On the day we arrived at the apartment complex, Michelle was single-handedly managing the office. Although things were clearly busy, she handled it all with ease and professionalism. She is well-spoken, attentive, and made a great first impression. Because of her exceptional service, I’ll definitely be bringing more clients to tour.
