They did a lots of work on remodeling, but the main and the most important thing that we expected to improve, still exists; that's the AC system. They change the AC to heat in November or December and back to cold in March or April. During these months, the temperature inside homes reaches 80°-88° for weeks long. So, when the temperature reaches above 80°, how could you sleep??? How could you protect the medicine in your home from heat?? Should you keep all the heat sensitive stuff in the fridge?? Is it possible?? OK, they say that the outside temperature is 65°, that's why they don't switch back to cold, but when the outside temperature is 60°-65°, the inside temperature gets to 80°-85°, if the outside temperature is 40°, then the inside temperature decrease to 65-70 and even at this time, you don't need to run the AC in heat mode. If you request them to please switch the AC to cold, they say, cold weather is coming... and then they say that they can't change to cold only for two or three weeks, because it's costly when you switch from heat to cold or vice versa. Sometimes they say you can buy portable AC, but again one portable AC can't make the entire house cold. Why don't they switch the AC to cold? They say it's costly, outside is cold, keep your windows open ( they don't care about your privacy or noise coming thru windows). The only reason they don't switch the AC to cold, is that THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. Full STOP. We pay for rents and electricity on time, the rents are income-based, I agree we pay comparably lower rents, but the landlord receives full payments, because of the government assistance program, so, we have the right to have a good sleep and comfortable environment (suitable temperature) in our homes. These rights have been taken from us.

Great location! Decent upgrades they are in the process of doing! Property management is some what okay could use some training on how to treat residents here instead of retaliating Against any resident, they should reach out to them and speak to them to see if there’s any way to resolve any situations or problems…. This property has nowhere to keep The kids entertained so they play everywhere throughout the property In the streets with rocks bikes etc, they leave trash everywhere…. CVR the company in charge of renovating has poor communication and does not treat some folks to fair other then that for the property age it’s kinda well maintained

The leasing office staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating right from the start. Their communication was top-notch, and they were always prompt in providing me with the information I needed. From the moment I reached out to inquire about availability, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The Lawanda and Sen patiently answered all my questions and helped me navigate the application process smoothly. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable.

I’m a bit late with my review after my move out. You get what you pay for. The rooms especially master room and walk in were pretty cramped. Super strict policy you cannot have anything hanging on the fences and they will take pictures and have to sign it. You get a penalty for that. 3 strikes you’re outta there. Lots of kids throwing rocks for fun in the parking lot which freaked me out for the sakes of our cars. I wished they could make the playground for kids more fun and exciting rather than just basic. Overall I felt safe during my stay there for about 2 years. Good neighborhood short commute to downtown and SoCo etc.

To anyone looking for a great place to live, I strongly recommend Travis Park Apartments. The management is wonderful here. I feel very grateful for everything they do to maintain their residents safe, to act quickly on their needs, and above all for the beautiful qualities of patience, understanding, and respect, they demonstrate. Also, thanks to the maintenance crew who also work tirelessly and do a wonderful job! My elderly mother lives at this property and I wouldn’t change this for the world!! Particularly thankful to Patty, Luanda, and Mary. I sincerely appreciate all your hard work and dedication to your job, as well as your professionalism. I would give them 100 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sincerely, A.Guzman
