Actually good have nothing to complain about ! New build , great views and staff. Worth checking out . if you use my referral I’ll Venmo you 150$ , ask when you sign a lease

Had some issues with leakage through the ceiling, took the complex months to fix until I got a lawyer involved in an attempt to cancel my lease due to health hazards. The ceiling was falling apart and water was intruding in my kitchen, leaving puddles on the floor. When they switched from ClickPay to Bilt for rent payments, I set up a new bank account for rent. For my 3rd payment, I went in and added a new default bank account. Apparently this doesn’t change the autopay method (??), so I was charged a $30 NSF fee when it tried to pull from my old bank account. Through some dumb idiosyncrasy in Bilt, I’m now being asked to pay a $30 fee for something I TRIED to do my due diligence to avoid— as somebody who’s never been late on rent for over a year. Sucks that there’s absolutely ZERO room or concession The Sondery team can make in a situation where Bilt was forced on residents in the middle of most peoples’ lease. Now I’m $30 down because Bilt sucks and apparently updating your DEFAULT BANK ACCOUNT does not matter. Overall there’s better apartments to live for better prices and service. :)

I have only toured so far, but the complex has really competitive prices and the location is so central to Austin that this property is making it hard for us to make a decision. Most importantly, however, I wanted to make this review because of how helpful Fantashia was! I have toured many properties, including living at another RPM (management company), and Fantashia was really such a professional! One of the best experiences I have had at a leasing office. She was upfront and patient regarding the questions I had and even made herself available to confirm some details the next day. Truly, she is such a competent professional! Thanks again! I will update my review after the search if I choose to live here.

Nice, clean, quiet place to live! Would definitely recommend to anyone relocating to Austin.
