Everything about 1155 Barton Springs is incredible! The floorplans are massive, the views are insane and the interiors are highly upgraded. The onsite team and concierge is also what makes this property a great place to live!

I rent at 1155 Barton Springs, and it’s not as advertised. The location is nice, but the nearby railroad tracks—seemingly abandoned—actually run loud trains most nights. Some days it sounds like a dump truck unloading outside my window. This information was conveniently left out of my tour. Additionally, during the tour, they said it has thick concrete floors that made it virtually soundproof, but that’s not my experience. I hear the neighbors above, and I got a noise complaint for running a washing machine at night and what sounded like kids running around. Feels like false advertising. I’ll update this review based on the rest of my experience, but do your research before renting here.
