Had a great experience moving into Zen! Luisa was amazing and helped me so much with the whole application process, making sure everything went through smoothly. Sydney was also super helpful and nice showing me around all the different options and really worked with my budget to find the perfect fit. I came in to just visit and look around, but they gave me such a good price that I was able to officially move in and get my keys the exact same day. highly recommend this team if you’re a student who needs a apartment. Also it’s amazing how close it is to UTA

I've been at Zen since 2019. I love it here I like being able to pay my bills with my rent and not worry about a high electric bill all the time :-) they always take care of problems quickly they always keep the outside up as far as the way the apartments look on the outside as well. I've been here for a long time I still have the stained floor cement. I'm hoping with this review maybe they will give me the laminate floor like everybody has now :-) Louisa it's amazing very kind very attentive very professional you can't go wrong here you're right here close to everything every government agency everything is right here at UTA I can't say enough about the apartments

It has been nearly a year since moving out and we still have not received our security deposit or any itemized deduction statement explaining where the deposit went. We also received collection notices despite paying charges before move-out and providing notice before leaving. Communication and record handling have been extremely frustrating. Very disappointed with how this situation has been handled.
