I’ve officially been here 3 months and thought I’d give my review. So far I’ve had a good experience here. My location is quiet, valet trash is on time every day and only doesn’t show on designated off days, holidays and severe weather which management is pretty prompt in informing us of. Maintenance is also pretty timely and I appreciate that. For the price of the apartments you are getting something pretty comfortable/decent/spacious. My reason for it being 4 out of 5 stars is due to the floorboards. They creak a very good amount. My upstairs neighbors are pretty much an alarm clock for me now. The second reason is the hot water has been shotty lately. Not sure what’s going on but I hope ot gets fixed soon. One thing that I’m also patiently waiting on is the trail to open back up. It’s currently closed due to no fault of the vine apartments so if that is a key indicator for you moving here you may have to wait until the city finishes construction with River legacy. Update 11/24/25: I have updated my review to 5 stars. Hot water is consistent now and the trail has opened back up. I am happy here :)

2 days ago was Second time in 2 years my CAT converter has been stolen off of my truck. Car has also been broken into as well a few years ago. Spoke with manager who seems concerned and genuine but informed me it’s not much her or apartments can do besides ask the police to increase presence in the area. This area is like a forgotten land because it’s on the border of Euless and ft worth and not close to the city center so it’s minimal police presence this way. There are no cameras on property but at least one near the entrances and a security gate that needs a code would be ideal . (Or very least cameras that can record every vehicle coming in and out at all entrances)That way any non residents or visitors aren’t able to access property. And the cameras would definitely stop some crime if people knew their cars and/or plates were being recorded. With all the tenants that live here and pay rent how expensive could a few cameras really be? It’s better than nothing. This morning I saw another car whose wheels were stolen and was left on bricks .If you have anything of value inside car or a truck or nice car be aware. Edit - I found the white car in parking lot this morning without wheels . I’m sure more have been hit also smh. Only and I forgot to mention that they gym is a joke. All machines are nearly broken and they have never been fixed and all the dumb and kettle Bells were stolen. It’s really sad how some people are so ghetto and ignorant and don’t know how to respect and use free amenities. Why steal it ? It’s here for everyone to use . After the apartments changed the gym entry from a key card that you had to pay for to a code that can be given to anyone it went down hill. Not sure why they even show that to the new potential residents because it’s obsolete and the volleyball and tennis court is run down

I moved into this community in May 2024, and by July my car wheels were stolen and the vehicle was left on blocks. I provided the police report number as requested, but nothing was done beyond being told that I should ask APD for more presence. Management said they would not get their own security system because it would create “liability” for them and ensure residents safety. Inside the apartment, I dealt with multiple pest issues: roaches, a mouse that chewed through under the bathroom sink, and wasps coming in through the attic and even the bedroom windows. Despite these problems, I unfortunately upgraded to a larger unit because the pricing was decent for the layout. That’s when the real issues started. They mailed my move-out statement for the old unit to my new unit’s mailbox (without confirming my mailing address just assuming I receive mail here), and I only discovered it much later after they had already sent me to collections. The envelope had a USPS “Return to Sender” sticker on it, and I also noticed mail for a previous tenant still being delivered there. When I spoke to Esmeralda in the office, her first comment was, “You should have checked in with us to make sure there were no fees left on the account.” She placed all the blame on myself and the post office and took no accountability. She said “it’s out of my hands because I didn’t receive it back so that’s how I know you got it.” Why would they even mail out a hand written envelope when I am still staying the in complex? I agreed with most of the charges, but they added $460.06 for “Crete Seal/Air Duct Cleaning” due to a supposed smell. I do not smoke, nor do I have pets, and when I asked what the smell was, Esmeralda couldn’t tell me. When the collectors contacted me, they confirmed that no photos were attached as proof of this charge. The management here deflects responsibility at every turn and shows no accountability. Between safety concerns, pest problems, and mishandling of billing, I would strongly caution anyone considering living here.

I have been living at the Vine Apartments for 2 years so far. Kristi, Melissa, and Esmeralda, are incredibly sociablly involved with their residents. They know residents' by names, they hold contests, gatherings, parties, to make us feel connected to our neighbors and feel like a community. Hands down, it is the best apartments I've lived at. Its very quiet, clean, and open. I honestly have had no negative interactions, maintenance disappointments, or have been bothered by any rowdy neighbors. I've had a rough previous year, and I have only been met with compassion, kindness, and "lets work together on this" by the staff - always awesomely accommodating. They have seen my struggles and have done all they can to help me feel welcomed, safe, and accepted. I have been recommending friends and family to this place. Since year 1, I have seen myself being a long time resident. No complaints here. *** Dont believe everything you read on the internet - negative google reviews-. If you're thinking of moving and starting fresh, go in and check it out for yourself. This place is the quiet patch within city limits where its far enough to be unbothered, but close enough to reach downtown attractions, trails, restaurants, shops, and events.
