Since acquiring tenancy here, this place has truly lived up to its name—a peaceful dwelling and a haven of calm. The rooms are spacious, and I’m especially pleased with the large living area, which adds to the comfort of the home. The office staff, management, and property manager have all been respectful, professional, and kind. I look forward to calling this place home for the next few years.

I’ve been living at University Terrace Apartments for the past three months, and it has been a fantastic experience. The complex offers a quiet and home-like environment, making it a great place to live. The apartments are very spacious, with a large living area and generously sized rooms. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are modern, clean, and well-maintained. One of the biggest positives is that there are no bed bugs or roaches, which is a huge relief! The management team here is amazing—they are warm, kind, and genuinely care about the residents. Any issues with the apartment are taken very seriously, and maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. If you're looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-maintained place to live, I highly recommend considering University Terrace Apartments!

Living here for the past few months now and have had zero management issues. The community manager is very active, replies fast. We had few problems with the Air conditioning. They fixed it with urgency. The apartment itself is clean and the best thing about it is no cockroaches. At least I haven’t seen one since I moved in. Rooms are not too big not too small and has good closet space. A solid place to live, especially for UTA students. Highly recommended.

What a great place. The owners are really kind and friendly. I have been staying here for about 4 years now. Maintenance is always on point and very friendly neighbors. Definitely a great place to rent from.
