I want to say this is a second chance leasing and there only goal is for you to pay what they ask. I told them about my specific situation which was from 2020 they said it wasn’t a problem because they have ways around it and which it’s called a co signer( OneApp Guarantee) to sign for you to get approved by the apartments. She said it would be one months rent not refundable nor does it go to the apartments it’s just to get you approved and (Juliana Prado) the specific agent I worked with said you can split the payments but she failed to say that if you split the payment they add a extra $250 and so you either pay the full amount or get charged the extra risk fee, I paid the full $1254 to avoid the fee. On TOP of that it’s an EXTRA $200 signing fee for them to actually co sign. Which they don’t tell you. Just expect you to pay. Then I paid my $250 deposit and my prorated rent which was about $450 since I moved in on 1/22/26. They said it wasn’t couldn’t pick up the keys till after 3 so I waited and then when it was 3 they were still making the keys. Then I come to pick up the keys first and foremost she says the cleaners haven’t cleaned the apartment and they would be there later today. Mind you I already moved my belongings in. No cleaners came till the next day and then the heating is not working, The same day I moved in Ariyona the front desk tried to gaslight me to think the heater was fine when I told her it doesn’t heat the unit as it shows 68 degrees. Also to keep in mind this is right before the snow storm so I wanted to make sure everything was good before they left the office. Now none of the lights work how am I supposed to unpack with NO LIGHTS. And no one can even do anything because the snow storm is already here and it’s my 5th day with no lights. So thats all I wanted to say before you move in here. And the part that gets me the most is , I actually looked at the reviews and read them to the agent (Juliana Prado) and she assured me that this was a good place to stay.

Truly the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment. From the first day of move in the apartment had not been cleaned and was not ready at the agreed upon time. They proceeded to push our move in time back by hours causing us to have to pay more for our U-Haul and move in at night. Upon the move in after they apparently “deep cleaned” the apartment during the time they had us we wait outside in our Uhaul we came inside to see that there are roaches throughout the while apartment a complete infestation and the hot water did not work. After months of staying here the access to hot water has still been a major problem paying for two bed two bath but not being able to use those baths its a true shame. They claim pest control comes out weekly to spray but that is also a lie we have seen them on camera multiple times knock and leave without ever going in to spray. If you are thinking of moving into these apartments I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

This place is great! The ladies in the office were very knowledgeable and helpful and very nice. The area is very quiet and I feel safe here. The maintenance people are helpful and polite and address your concerns as soon as possible. The apartments are reasonablely priced and affordable and you don't have to worry about tow trucks here one of the best parts about this apartment complex. The amenities are a gym, pool, a laundry mat on site ( some units have washer and dryer connections), pets are welcome too! Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Overall I have had a great experience here.

I’m someone who was interested in applying recently. However, I noticed a couple issues. I have relatives who stay in the complex that were referring me, so I’m already familiar with the complex. However, these are things that could be fixed, but still hasn’t. The complexes issues are, by the laundry room as I walk towards the dumpster, there’s a small flood or a leak in front of the door that’s constantly drenched in water. The dog trash post is always full and isn’t taken out as often it should be. If it’s not daily, it should be taken out every other day, but it’s piled up and it creates a horrific odor when people pass by. Maintenance? Their timing on fixing something big or small, takes weeks. We get it, the residents are probably in que. But for something minor could be fixed within that week could take a month. Most people don’t want to request maintenance because how poorly their time is when it comes to fixing something. So when people get ready to move out and the apartment is not up the way it should be, it’s more likely because maintenance takes forever and then the resident has to deal with the consequences due to the lack of maintenance responsibilities. I’ve stated so much and I’m not even a resident myself. there’s more to say but I just stated the smallest things and they’re still not doing anything about it. A review isn’t going to change it. But if you want people to come in and live in these complexes, it starts with fixing the smallest things to create a better community for the residents and staffs themselves.

They are so sweet, they treat their guest with respect and the apartments are nice!!! The pool goes to 8ft and the amenities are off the chart!
