I can’t wait until my lease is up! My air has been going out since I moved here! The maintenance don’t want to do their job!! I have had a request in for my air since March, it’s now May! Everybody lying like they gone come & DON’T ! They don’t have enough decency to come fix my air, mind you I’m pregnant with a toddler in the house! They placed window units in my apartment & had the right to come take one when I wasn’t home! Please don’t move here, these apartments are TRASH!!! 85 degrees outside & 83 degrees in my house!!

I just wanna say a huge thank you and appreciation for 2115 office staff and maintenance crew. I moved over here all week tomorrow and they are awesome. I just wanna give a shout out to them a nice place to live. I appreciate you guys you have a safe and blessed weekend. Thank you, Jennifer. I appreciate you for sending Maintenance to fix my stove. Appreciate you.

My experience living in these apartments has been riddled with alarming maintenance issues since the first day I was able to move in. First and foremost the bathroom was and still is substandard, bordering on illegal. After nearly 3 weeks of my toilet not flushing correctly due to an extremely old flusher, it was only under threat of early lease termination that the property sent maintenance to finally repair it to a state of substandard functionality. Secondly, both the AC and heating for my unit would never be in working order for more than a week or 2 at a time. This was largely due to an outdated cooling and heating system that was clearly not kept both clean and maintained (as seen in the images attached). Even one of their maintenance employees had pointed out how old and frankly disgustingly dirty the main vent was upon close inspection. What made matters worse was how I was told consistently that maintenance would not even be able to look into the AC because “temperatures would have to exceed more than 80-85 degrees for this to be considered an emergency.” No remedies were offered in the interim, no cooling fans or even window screen replacements to leave my windows open at night, forcing myself to pay out of pocket for cooling fans to make it somewhat comfortable to sleep at night. However, as proven through my own email correspondence with Stefanie Crow, the property manager, when repairs were finally made that it was due to old or faulty pieces of equipment needed for the AC to function properly, which in fact did NOT have to wait until temperatures reached a point where my apartment could potentially be unlivable under those conditions. While the maintenance team may or may not have had a lot to juggle across the entire property, these many ongoing issues were not seen as a priority unless the Texas Property Code necessitated them to be repaired immediately. Furthermore, upon first moving in, maintenance had left bags of trash and old pieces of window blinds at the entrance of my unit for weeks. Even when I was told that someone would come clean and remove said trash, it wasn’t until weeks had gone by before someone finally removed it all. The locks to my front door were completely replaced because the keys made for my unit would not lock or unlock properly as well. To be clear, I had no issues with the community living at this property or the leasing agents in the front office as a whole, nor do I blame them for my issues when calling and asking for any kind of help. What became very clear from the beginning of my time here, was that the unit I was renting was and still is not ready for anyone to live comfortably in at all. Even with the fact that I had to break my lease a few months early due to financial difficulties, Stefanie Crow, the property manager has shown that this is not a suitable place to live nor does she show any real level of sympathy for the people that choose to make twentyone15 their home. It is my honest opinion that there are no signs of any significant improvements to the communication and maintenance of this property, nor will there be in the foreseeable future. And while they may legally be able to get away with these glaring issues, I believe it is our responsibility as current and future tenants to raise awareness of terrible business practices such as these. I will continue to do so where I can find the opportunities to do so.

Can’t even get them on the phone constantly getting hung up on

The absolute worst. Countless maintenance request for no solution not even a visit honestly. I haven’t had A/C in TWO weeks. They claim pet friendly but they will micromanage you and your pet with everything. Again to circle back no air conditioning in TEXAS as if summer isn’t approaching and it’s hot enough as is in spring. 0 maintenance visits after NUMEROUS maintenance request. Even in the beginning when I first had ac issues they would claim someone stopped by but no one was home, okay sure so I would stay home from work and tell them to come by again just for no one to show, this happened a few times. Genuinely a nightmare experience. Only gets one star because it has to have one.
