This is well overdue. I lived here for a 13 month lease and overall I really enjoyed my time. The unit was nice, the leasing office and maintenance team were great, and the property was always kept up. It honestly felt like home for the time I was there. I wasn’t able to renew due to military obligations and relocating, but I would have stayed if I could. Before moving out, I went back through my lease and spent about two days deep cleaning to make sure everything was in good condition and to avoid any extra charges beyond normal wear and tear. After move-out, I received an itemized list with charges for “housekeeping” and carpet cleaning. I was told these are applied to prepare the unit for the next tenant, but that doesn’t really line up with what’s considered normal wear and tear, especially when I have proof the unit was left clean. I did try to address this in person calmly, but the situation wasn’t handled the best and I felt like my concerns weren’t really heard. After looking through other reviews, it seems like this might not be an isolated issue. Overall, great place to live while I was there, but the move-out process was disappointing.

I've lived here for ~2 years now and it's been great. The maintenance team is especially wonderful. They always go above and beyond.

Better places, better service for the money

i was looking to lease but i couldn’t believe how rude shanda was. The apartment complex is beautiful but i would look elsewhere than dealing with such rude people. I left with such a horrible impression. They need hire nicer and kinder people.
