The Trails Apartments

Very blessed to have met the trails . Mr Travis is the best and the most patience and the most knowledgeable. I appreciate all the info and the tours I really am excited about my new move. Thank you mr travis for helping and assisting me. This is the young man yall need to see Come on to the trails.

I will say that anytime I need something fixed, they fix it right away. The office staff are friendly and welcoming. They have the best cookies and some cold drinks if you’re thirsty. I personally like going into the office for the baked cookies lol. Keep making those cookies please 🙂

I absolutely love these apartments! I did a look and lease on October 10, 2025 and so far it’s been amazing. They had the keys in my hand within 2 hours of walking on the property, and my apartment is beautiful! I had only a few issues with stuff inside the apartment, and the few maintenance tickets I did have to open were resolved same day! Monica was wonderful and everyone else I have come into contact has also been wonderful. The property is well maintained and I just absolutely love it here! Thanks again Trails!

This is absolutely insane to post on someone’s door,as I was touring the apartment as a potential tenant with the property manager. This is the one thing amongst other things like the smell of weed at 10 am and dog poop literally everywhere that made me have a change of heart. The staff here seems nice but also they have to get people in those units. I don’t see myself staying here at this property.

Ms Monica and Travis in the front office are the BOMB DOT COM! most of these apts dont personally care about their tenants but even before i moved in and was inquiring about the apts they showed such empathy and above and beyond professionalism and customer service and theyre arent robots! Theyre professional people that care!
