The Plaza

I recently visited this community and I had to leave a review. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to meet the Executive Director Kay which was amazingly surprising, because other faculties I’ve visited the “ED” was absent but she was nice , understanding and responsive to all my inquiries. The tenants were excitedly awaiting to play bingo, lol . And I don’t know who runs the kitchen but the food was delicious. I am definitely going to refer my family to this property.

I have family that lives there and my BIGGEST complaint is their SLOW response to fix things . The back door in the kitchen doesn’t lock and the request has been put in SEVERAL times. Anyone can come in at night putting the residents in danger The screen door to my Aunts patio has had a rip in it for months and has yet to be replaced The response they post after the reviews is always the same. They always claim they’re going to reach out to you but they NEVER DO. They just want it to look good online as if they care

This little gem is tucked away in an upper class residential neighborhood and is a sweet little secret . I recently attended a casino event held for their residents and families and had a wonderful time conversing with many of them and observing how happy and kind they were to me and each other . The staff is great and I come from the industry so I see many communities at their best and worst . I feel safe and comfortable here. I've made several friends. The staff is friendly. The food is great. I'm eating lots of fruits and vegetables and no longer eat frozen processed foods. They serve desserts at lunch and dinner too. They have weekly rides to Walmart and Kroger's. And rides to doctor's appointments are available too. I enjoy the weekly bingo games with prizes. They have a little happy hour on Fridays too. They are working on improvements and it's coming along nicely. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Arlington sky Plaza is a really nice place to stay I love it there the staff with Derek and Josh and Tyrese and Wesley and precious and the whole staff in the kitchen John trying to make this guy it's really nice they're going to to million renovation so it's really nice people can go over and see him 6801 West Holly Webb Road and Josh will be helping to show you around
