I don't recommend this place. They don't return your deposit when your contract ends. They send you much higher bills than agreed upon and justify it by saying it's the city's fault for the water charges. They treat you badly at the office when you go to complain, demonstrating the lack of education and professionalism of the staff there. The maintenance service is terrible. You have to pay to reserve parking spaces. There are many cockroaches, and they are incapable of getting rid of them.

The worst apartments ever, full of cockroaches and trash everywhere. The water bill is incredibly high and you have to pay it every month even if you haven't been there at some point.

The new manager of both properties has terrible service. She doesn't know how to do anything, she's not bilingual, and she's unprofessional. She's only nice to people of her own race; she refuses to help Latinos. She should be fired for the good of the apartments.

To the owner, could you take care of your property and residents, water bill is too high and it seems that the management don’t care about leaks, and overcharging for water, Hope residents complain also about this matter
