To the owner, could you take care of your property and residents, water bill is too high and it seems that the management don’t care about leaks, and overcharging for water, Hope residents complain also about this matter

I recently just rented here & I can say so far I love it ! Guadalupe in the office is the best & she helped with everything ! So far so great !

Horrible apartments, leasing and property. Would not recommend this apartment complex for women or for families with children. Roaches infestation, black mold and rotting floors.

Infestation and lack of parking. I’m having to get rid of my things (sofa, tv, etc.) when I move out at the end of the month so I don’t take the issue with me. They only spray when the issue is more severe and that spray does nothing. The wood under the kitchen sink gets wet and is rotten. My apt is not dirty and all they say is wipe off the roach poop when that is just superficial and won’t fix the issue regardless of how much I clean. At the beginning i wouldn’t even be at my apt as I worked and would do errands after work and just came to sleep. I didn’t even cook here And I still got them. Now I work from home and it’s the most frustrating thing to be at my desk and they popping up all day. Don’t move here until they fix their problem within the WHOLE building, not just one apt. The photos attached are just from the daytime while at my desk. At night it’s a different story.

100% RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL PROPERTY!!!!! The lady’s are awesome 😎 Ashley is amazing she’s the best ! She’s understandable and is willing to work with you! 2nd chance apartments amazing staff from the leasing office all the way to the maintenance always doing a good a great job 👏 amazing neighborhood and amazing neighbors quite area 🥰😍🥰
