Receptionist extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother went up there for information and Lady's only answer to every question & loudly my mom asked was 30% of your income. It was a Thursday 10a 2/5/26. I can only imagine how she talks to the tenants

These apartments for the elderly are awful! They stink and are never available or willing to help when the residents need help. Would never recommend this place.

If I could give no stars, I would. What an absolute nightmare of a place. They do not take care of their residents. It's all about the money. I also know they can't keep their elevator in service, and blame it on the residents. They own another apartment building here in Arlington call the Mirage. They took away an elderly ladies ramp into her apartment there. I would not even consider this place to put a rat in. The higher ups are extremely rude. They treat these residents like trash. I am so disgusted by them.

They really dont take care of there residents. Maintenance is bad dont like to fix anything.

I love this place. Will be moving in, in April. The Leasing agents are super nice, will help in anyway. The grounds are maintained, the units look good. And I have looked at this place for the past year and each time I’ve gone it’s just amazing. I made a mistake and went to a different apartment complex because I didn’t want to Wait ,that was horrible. anyways like I was saying the pricing is amazing too. I’ll be getting 2x more room (literally) for only $20 more then the place I’m at now. I highly recommend this place.
