Amazingly well maintained apartments. Affordable prices. Rent includes all the utilities. Best option for couples studying/working in UTA.

Great place to live on campus especially if you don't want to live in a dorm has washer and dryer right in apartment very quiet and also has it's own school apartment related events and functions

Ok, but what really makes it his attractive is how close it is the University. You can basically walk to your classes. Looks like they put a lot of the athletic scholarship people in this apartment complex. Take what you want from that statement.

Love this area of UTA. Very clean, calming relaxed environment. Feels safe. Restaurant adjacent....I've never had the opportunity to step inside the lofts. I only walk this part if the campus while enjoying Arlington's 4th of July Annual parade.

I had a nice stay as a visiting researcher at UTA. I stayed two weeks in a double-room apartment, and three weeks in a single apartment. They are wide, well kept, and there is everything. There are also activities with students going on.
