My friend & I toured The Lakes with Tami the manager. We loved it! We are planning to move in this summer. Tami & Christine her asst manager are both very personable and answered all our questions. We're looking forward to living there. Thank you to Tami & Christine!

To all who are 55 and up looking for a nice place to live. The Lakes of Grand Prairie is the awesome one to move into. I have lived here 3 years. Management / Maintenance here are awesome and so sweet and kind. Also very helpful. Any problem you have they are well taken care of . This building is kept nice and very very clean I cannot express that enough. They have fun things to do/go to during the week in the big dining area. Plenty of lights to light the whole parking lot. I have never felt unsafe here. Schedule an appointment you will be glad you did. Debbie

I was not looking forward to moving into an apartment after 40 plus years of living in a "house". The Lakes at GP have alleviated my worries. I moved in April 1st and could not be happier with my choice. The apartments are beautifully designed and the entire complex makes me feel a bit like I'm on a cruise ship. Many wonderful people live here and if you're looking for fun activities on a regular basis you won't be disappointed. The office staff and maintenance guys are the best as well! I began my life in GP 65 years ago and then lived mainly in Arlington, and also Mansfield for several decades. It's good to be back in my hometown for the foreseeable future.

The Lakes is wonderful, the staff is nice. The residence are nice. Today we had a potluck Social/picnic, thank you, Keisha majors for all you do, thank you for being the organizer for this event, job well done, and thank you Anna as well, your helper, I appreciate it and had a very good time

My wife and I have enjoyed our time here very much. The property is well taken care of by the maintenance and cleaning staff. There is a monthly activity sheet published for the residence to pick and choose activities to participate in. Our neighbors are friendly, and noise levels both internal/external are minimal. Tami (manager) has been very helpful when questions arise. Shopping and many services can be found in the nearby shopping center.
