The Jackson

The Jackson is a great area to live at, beautiful apartments. The maintenance team is great and on point with getting things done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I recently had to move out due to pest issues. It was terrible during the spring and summer seasons to the point I was seeing up to 1-2 massive roaches a day! Don’t let the pictures fool you, they are big. At first I thought it was coming from my neighbor until I started seeing them pop up in the hallways on my floor ( I stayed in building 2). I’m a very clean person when it comes to my space so I was highly disappointed. That would be my only con living at the Jackson especially with how much rent can be. It is next to a landfill so that may have been the case for pest issues. Otherwise, semi-quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. I never had issues with a package being stolen which is a plus.

Best moving experience of my life! I literally never write reviews, but Melody made the process so smooth from day one. The whole staff is very attentive accommodating, from the leasing office team down to the maintenance. My unit is beautiful and I love that I had the option to add on my own private garage. The leasing office itself is gorgeous, it feels like a 5 star hotel when you walk in and the surrounding community is quiet and luxe; I moved here from Dallas and the price for the amenities and environment is excellent in my opinion. All in all great experience !
